रक्तदान महादान: 8 मई थैलीसीमिया दिवस पर रक्तदान जरूर करें
रक्तदान अभियान मंच और सिंधी जागरूक मंच के संस्थापक किशोर स्वर्ण इसरानी ने 8 मई थैलीसीमिया दिवस पर रक्तदान करने की अपील करते हुए कहा है कि थैलीसीमिया से पीड़ितों का जीवन बाहरी रक्त पर ही टिका है, इसलिए उनके लिए रक्तदान अवश्य करें।

मथुरा/जीजेडी न्यूज: भारत में थैलीसीमिया से पीड़ित मरीजों की संख्या लाखों में है। हर वर्ष दस हजार से ज्यादा बच्चे थैलीसीमिया से ग्रस्त होते हैं। थैलीसीमिया से पीड़ितों को हर 15-20 दिन में रक्त चढ़ाना जाता है, ऐसे में थैलीसीमिया से ग्रस्त बच्चों के जीवन के लिए रक्तदान करना बेहद जरूरी है।
रक्तदान अभियान मंच और सिंधी जागरूक मंच के संस्थापक किशोर स्वर्ण इसरानी ने 8 मई थैलीसीमिया दिवस पर रक्तदान करने की अपील करते हुए कहा है कि थैलीसीमिया से पीड़ितों का जीवन बाहरी रक्त पर ही टिका है, इसलिए उनके लिए रक्तदान अवश्य करें।
कृष्णा नगर निवासी थैलीसीमिया ग्रसित कुमारी रूपिका बतरा ने थैलीसीमिया दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में प्रदेश सरकार और जिला चिकित्सा विभाग से मथुरा के जिला अस्पताल में थैलीसीमिया डे केयर खोले जाने की मांग करते हुए कहा है कि मथुरा में लगभग 70-80 बच्चे थैलीसीमिया से पीड़ित हैं, अगर उन्हें मथुरा में सरकारी अस्पताल में ही इलाज मिलेगा तो किसी और शहर में जाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।
थैलीसीमिया मेजर से पीड़ित मथुरा के सिन्धी बालक हेमंत लालवानी के पिता चंद्रकांत लालवानी ने थैलीसीमिया के संदर्भ में महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि थैलीसीमिया माइनर व्यक्ति पूर्णतय स्वस्थ होता है। यह चिंता का विषय नहीं, लेकिन समस्या तब बनती है, जब माता-पिता दोनों ही थैलीसीमिया माइनर या कैरियर हों, ऐसे में उनके जीवाणु थैलीसीमिया मेजर बच्चे को जन्म देते हैं, ऐसे बच्चे शारीरिक रूप से ही नहीं, मानसिक रूप से भी पीड़ित हो जाते है, बच्चे में खून की कमी होने लगती है, बच्चा पीला होने लगता है, बच्चा सुस्त रहने लगता है। ऐसे बच्चों की आयु बहुत कम होती है, वह जितना समय जिंदा रहेगा, उसे हर माह खून की जरूरत पड़ती रहेगी। चिकित्सा विज्ञान अभी तक थैलीसीमिया का उचित इलाज नहीं दे पाया है। मेडिकल साइंस में थैलीसीमिया जाँच और इलाज हैं, किन्तु वह महंगा है, ऐसे में थैलीसीमिया के बारे में जागरूकता और जाँच ही बचाव का जरिया है।

गौरतलब है कि किशोर स्वर्ण इसरानी ने ही मथुरा में सर्वप्रथम रक्तदान जागरूकता रैली निकाल कर लोगों को प्रेरित किया, वहीं थैलीसीमिया जागरूकता फैलाकर एक प्रेरक के रूप में अपना नाम दर्ज कराया हैं। सन 2018 में रक्तदान अभियान मंच (राम) के संस्थापक किशोर स्वर्ण इसरानी ने कदम्ब विहार में थैलीसीमिया जागरूकता रैली निकाली, वहीं सिन्धी जनरल पंचायत ने शिविर लगाकर 200 अविवाहित युवाओं का निशुल्क थैलीसीमिया का चेकअप भी कराया था।
जागरूक युवा किशोर स्वर्ण इसरानी ने बताया कि थैलीसीमिया एक अनुवांशिक दोष है, जिससे कोई भी पीड़ित हो सकता हैं, यह माता पिता से बच्चों में ट्रांसफर होता हैं। यदि माता-पिता दोनों में से एक भी थैलीसीमिया माइनर या कैरियर है, तो उनके बच्चों में से कुछ बच्चे माइनर हो सकते हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि थैलीसीमिया से बचाव का केवल एक ही उपाय है, ऐसे पुरूष और महिला जिन्हें थैलीसीमिया माइनर है, उनका विवाह न हो, इसके लिए विवाह से पूर्व पुरूष और महिला की कुण्डलियां मिलाने के साथ ही थैलीसीमिया माइनर रक्त परिक्षण की रिपोर्ट का मिलान करना जरूरी है। अतः अविवाहित युवक-युवती का रक्त परिक्षण नितांत आवश्यक है। एक विशिष्ट प्रकार के खून जाँच एचपीएलसी के द्वारा थैलीसीमिया माइनर की जाँच जिंदगी में सिर्फ एक बार करानी पड़ती है, जो कभी भी बदलती नहीं है।
