ब्लैक फंगस का बढ़ता कहर: राजस्थान में ब्लैक फंगस से मौत के तीन संदिग्ध मामले आए
राजस्थान में कोटा के एक अस्पताल में ब्लैक फंगस के कारण तीन लोगों की मौत होने का संदेह है। अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि एमबीबीएस अस्पताल, कोटा मेडिकल कॉलेज में पिछले 24 घंटों में ये मौत हुई हैं। कोटा मेडिकल कॉलेज के असोसिएट प्रोफेसर डॉ. राजकुमार जैन ने बताया कि अस्पताल के दो म्यूकोर माइकोसिस (ब्लैक फंगस) वार्ड में 30 और 40 साल की उम्र के आसपास के तीन लोगों का इलाज चल रहा था।
एसएस न्यूज.कोटा। राजस्थान में कोटा के एक अस्पताल में ब्लैक फंगस के कारण तीन लोगों की मौत होने का संदेह है। अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि एमबीबीएस अस्पताल, कोटा मेडिकल कॉलेज में पिछले 24 घंटों में ये मौत हुई हैं। कोटा मेडिकल कॉलेज के असोसिएट प्रोफेसर डॉ. राजकुमार जैन ने बताया कि अस्पताल के दो म्यूकोर माइकोसिस (ब्लैक फंगस) वार्ड में 30 और 40 साल की उम्र के आसपास के तीन लोगों का इलाज चल रहा था। उन्होंने बताया कि अस्पताल में ब्लैक फंगस के 41 और मरीजों का इलाज चल रहा है। डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि तीन में से दो मरीजों की ब्लैक फंगस के कारण मौत होने की आशंका है। मौत के तीसरे मामले की जांच चल रही है क्योंकि मरीज को ‘‘बहुत गंभीर’’ हालत में अस्पताल लाया गया था और वार्ड में भर्ती करने के तुरंत बाद उसकी मौत हो गई थी। जैन ने बताया कि मृतकों में से दो को झालावाड़ जिले से भेजा गया था जबकि एक अन्य मरीज कोटा से था।
अस्पताल के प्राधिकारियों ने बताया कि उन्होंने मौत के तीनों मामलों की जांच शुरू कर दी है और शुक्रवार को इसकी रिपोर्ट आने की संभावना है। ऐसी खबरें आ रही है कि इस अस्पताल में ब्लैक फंगस के इलाज में इस्तेमाल होने वाली दवाओं की कमी है। एमबीबीएस अस्पताल के अधीक्षक डॉ. नवीन सक्सेना ने बताया कि म्यूकोर माइकोसिस के लिए दवाओं की केंद्रीय आपूर्ति बहुत कम है। बहरहाल, हमने इसके लिए एक प्रस्ताव भेजा है और अगले कुछ दिनों में दवाएं मिलने की उम्मीद है।
डॉ. जैन ने कहा कि ब्लैक फंगस के 41 मरीज हाड़ौती क्षेत्र के कोटा, बूंदी, झालावाड़ और बारां जिलों के हैं तथा उनमें से ज्यादातर का ऑपरेशन कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि इनमें से लगभग सभी को कोरोना वायरस हुआ था और उन्हें अन्य बीमारियां भी हैं। उन्होंने माना कि ब्लैक फंगस के इलाज में इस्तेमाल होने वाली दवाओं की कमी के कारण उन्हें संकट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
डॉ. सक्सेना ने कहा कि विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों का एक दल हर दिन तीन से चार सर्जरी कर रहा है लेकिन दिक्कत यह है कि ज्यादातर मरीजों की निजी अस्पतालों में सर्जरी हुई और जब उन्हें उचित इलाज नहीं मिला तो उन्हें एमबीबीएस अस्पताल स्थानांतरित कर दिया या भेज दिया गया जिससे उनके स्वस्थ होने में दिक्कत आ रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि ब्लैक फंगस के मामले बढ़ने पर अस्पताल में मरीजों के इलाज के लिए बिस्तरों की संख्या बढ़ाने के इंतजाम किए जा रहे हैं।
