सोनीपत : जिला प्रेस क्लब सोनीपत का गुरुवार को वार्षिक सम्मान समारोह एवं त्रिवार्षिक चुनाव हुआ जिसमें राम सिंहमार को प्रधान चुना गया, उपप्रधान राजेन्द्र सिंह, राजेश आहूजा को महासचिव जिसमें रणबीर रोहिल्ला को कोषाध्यक्ष बनाया गया। सर्वसम्मिति से नए सदस्य चुने गए।
जिला प्रेस क्लब के वार्षिक समारोह में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि मुंबई से सोनीपत पहुंचे फिल्म अभिनेता अनुज शर्मा ने कहा कि समाचार और सिनेमा समाज की तस्वीर बदल देते हैं। फिल्म अभिनेता अनुज शर्मा ने कहां के जिला प्रेस क्लब पिछले काफी वर्षों से सोनीपत जिला में पत्रकारों के हितों को लेकर कार्य कर रहा है और अंतर राज्य बौद्धिक पत्रकारिता कार्यशाला करने के लिए मुंबई में फिल्म निर्देशक अनिल शर्मा के साथ प्रोग्राम किया था और वहां पर प्रेस क्लब से जुड़े पदाधिकारियों से भी मुलाकात करने का उन्हें अवसर प्राप्त हुआ था और आज वह यहां आ कर बेहद खुश है और भविष्य में भी प्रेस क्लब जब भी उन्हें याद करेगा तो वह प्रोग्राम में शामिल होने के लिए अवश्य समय निकाल कर आएंगे।
महापौर निखिल मदान ने कहा कि पत्रकारिता वह आइना है जिसमें हम खुद को देखते हैं। बहुत सी ऐसी ही बातें हैं जो समाचार पत्र के माध्यम से ही मीडिया के माध्यम से पता लग पाती है और उस पर काम करते हैं इसलिए पत्रकारिता से जुड़े सभी पत्रकार साथी हमारे लिए बहुत ही सहायक सिद्ध होते हैं जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाते हैं।
विधायक सुरेंद्र पवार ने कहा पत्रकारिता समाज को संवारती और निखारती है। पूर्व प्रधान राजेश कुमार खत्री के नेतृत्व में जिला प्रेस क्लब ने तीन वर्ष का कार्यकाल बहुत ही अच्छे तरीके से पूर्ण किया और दिल्ली मुंबई लोकसभा राज्यसभा और बेंगलुरु तक पत्रकारों ने कार्यशाला की । उनका हमेशा ही प्रेस क्लब के साथ स्नेह बना रहेगा।
इस दौरान जिला प्रेस क्लब सोनीपत के पूर्व प्रधान राजेश कुमार खत्री ने बताया कि जिला के सभी पत्रकार साथी एकता व शक्ति के साथ जनहित के कार्यों को लेकर लगातार संघर्ष करते रहते हैं और भविष्य में भी कलम के सिपाही के तौर पर कार्य करते रहेंगे इस दौरान गत 3 वर्ष के कार्यकाल मैं जो गतिविधियां रही है उनसे संबंधित एक फोटो प्रदर्शनी भी लगाई गई।
