पौष्टिक भोजन

नींबू का रस
नींबू का रस एक प्राकृतिक अम्ल है, जो स्ट्रेच माक्र्स को हल्का करता है। नींबू के रस को स्ट्रेच माक्र्स पर लगाएं और 10 मिनट बाद धो लें।
चीनी
अपने प्राकृतिक सफेद रूप में चीनी स्ट्रेच माक्र्स हटाने का काफी कारगर उपाय है। एक चम्मच चीनी में बादाम का तेल और नींबू के रस की कुछ बूंदें मिलाकर उसे स्ट्रेच माक्र्स पर लगाने से काफी असर होता है।
वनस्पति तेल से मसाज
गर्भवती महिलाओं को वनस्पति तेल से मसाज करना चाहिए। इससे स्ट्रेच माक्र्स के निशान कम हो जाते हैं।
