अब अमेरिका ने चीन की 24 कंपनियों को उन सूची के अंदर डाल दिया है जो चीन की आर्मी को सहायता करती हैं। जिसके बाद यह कंपनियां अमेरिका में अपना अब कारोबार नहीं कर पाएंगे। यही नहीं इन कंपनियों को और इनसे जुड़े लोगों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
अमेरिका ने चाइना पर यह आरोप लगाया है कि यह कंपनियां साउथ चाइना सी में आर्टिफिशियल द्वीप बनाकर उसके सेना के अंडे बनाने में मदद करती है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय जल क्षेत्र में द्वीपों के बनाने को लेकर चीन की कई बार आलोचना भी की जा चुकी है। यही नहीं समुद्री मामलों की ट्रिब्यूनल ने चीन के खिलाफ फैसला भी दिया था।
साथ ही साथ हम आपको यह बताते चलें कि सुखबीर रिपोर्ट ले द्वीप समूह का एक हिस्सा है और इस पर चीन ने अपना कब्जा बना रखा है। हालांकि वियतनाम फिलीपींस और ताइवान पर सुधीर इस पर अपना दावेदारी जताते रहे हैं। अब चीन ने साउथ चाइना सी में कई कृत्रिम दूध भी बना लिए हैं और वहां पर उसने बड़े पैमाने पर अपनी नेविक फाइटर जेट हथियार युद्धपोत इन सब को तैनात कर रखा है। अगर पीपल्स डेली की ओर से जारी किए गए वीडियो में यह दिखाया गया है कि चीन का फाइटर जेट किसी अन्य फाइटर जेट का पीछा कर रहा है और कह रहे हैं कि इस इलाके से चले जाओ नहीं तो तुम्हें मार दिया जाएगा।
आपको बता दें कि साउथ चाइना सी के 90 फ़ीसदी हिस्से पर चीन ने अपना नियंत्रण होने का दावा किया है। इस समुद्री इलाके को लेकर चाइना का मलेशिया फिलीपींस वियतनाम और ब्रुनेई के साथ काफी समय से विवाद भी चल रहा है। वहीं पूर्वी चाइना सी में जापान के साथ चीन का द्वीपों को लेकर विवाद अपने चरम पर है। हाल ही में अमेरिका ने साउथ चाइना सी पर चीन के इन सभी दावों को गलत साबित कर दिया था।
दक्षिण चीन सागर वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए बहुत ज्यादा अहम है। यहां दुनिया का सबसे महंगा शिपिंग लाइन भी बनाया गया है। हर साल इस रास्ते से 3.4 ट्रिलियन पाउंड का कारोबार किया जाता है। ब्रिटेन का 12 परसेंट समुंद्री कारोबार हम इसे भारतीय रुपए में आपको बताए तो यह 97 अरब डॉलर का आयात निर्यात इसी क्षेत्र के माध्यम से किया जाता है।
इसका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य यह है कि इस क्षेत्र पर विवाद 1947 से चल रहा है। जब 1945 में जापान के सरेंडर करने के पश्चात चीन ने नाइस लाइन इस बीच खींची थी। इसका मतलब यह है कि दक्षिण चीन सागर के 90 फ़ीसदी हिस्से पर इसने अपना अधिकार जमा लिया है और उसकी ताल ठोक रहा है इसे दूसरे देशों में बहुत हद तक नाराजगी हो गई है और इसकी शिकायत संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ तक जा चुकी थी।
