हरियाणा राज्य बाल कल्याण परिषद की राज्यस्तरीय परियोजना बाल सलाह परामर्श एवं कल्याण केंद्रों के अंतर्गत मंगलवार को गांव ककरोई स्थित आदर्श पब्लिक वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों के लिए मनोवैज्ञानिक परामर्श केंद्र की स्थापना की गई। यह जिला स्तर पर 15वां तथा राज्य स्तर पर 110वां मनोवैज्ञानिक परामर्श केंद्र है।

मनोवैज्ञानिक परामर्श केंद्र के शुभारंभ अवसर पर मनोवैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण विषय पर एक सेमिनार का आयोजन भी किया गया। सेमिनार में विद्यार्थियों को बतौर मुख्य अतिथि संबोधित करते हुए रोहतक मंडल के बाल कल्याण अधिकारी एवं राज्य नोडल अधिकारी अनिल मलिक ने विचारों का साझा करने पर बल दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जैसे-जैसे उम्र और समझ बढ़ती है तो कामयाबी की ललक भी पैदा होने लगती है। जो व्यक्ति अपने मन की चाहत, क्षमता, योग्यता, व रुचि जानते हुए रचनात्मकता के साथ जीवन उद्देश्य को गति प्रदान करता है। जीवन को संवारने वाले महत्वपूर्ण नैतिक मूल्य के विकास की ओर अग्रसर रहता है। जीवन परिवर्तित करने वाले विचारों को साझा करता रहता है, नि:संदेह वह स्वयं के निर्माण हेतु सशक्तिकरण हासिल करता रहता है।

मंडलीय बाल कल्याण अधिकारी मलिक ने कहा कि बाल्यावस्था से ही आदर्श, सकारात्मक, आशावादी, सहयोगी वातावरण बच्चों के बेहतर मनोवैज्ञानिक विकास के लिए जरूरी है। बच्चों के साथ माता-पिता व्यावहारिक दृष्टिकोण अपनाएं । वर्तमान के महत्व को समझें, उत्पन्न मौजूदा परिस्थितियों को कभी नजरअंदाज ना करें, पल-पल बदल रहे घटनाक्रम के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाएं, तकनीक की जरूरत को समझे, बच्चे बेहतर तरीके से माता-पिता की देखरेख में जरूरी समझ विकसित करते हुए शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों हेतु आवश्यकता अनुसार ही इंटरनेट या अन्य सोशल मीडिया एप्स का इस्तेमाल करें।

कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कर रही जिला बाल कल्याण अधिकारी सुरेखा हुड्डा ने किशोरावस्था में भावुकता के स्थान पर बौद्धिक समझ से आगे बढऩे के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इंसान की सोच, मन में उत्पन्न विचार महत्वपूर्ण हैं।कार्यक्रम की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता जिला बाल कल्याण अधिकारी सुरेखा हुड्डा के साथ स्कूल प्रिंसिपल सुभाष दहिया ने की। इस मौके पर कार्यकम अधिकारी अनिल दहिया, सहायक कार्यक्रम अधिकारी धर्मपाल, जिला बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी डा. रितु गिल, परामर्शदात्री इंदु, समाजसेवी विश्वदीप, अभिजीत व सत्यवीर आर्य मौजूद थे।
