सोनीपत: नोड्यूज मामले में गिरफ्तारी के बाद तहसील में अफरा-तफरी
रजिस्ट्री कार्यालय में दलाल बैठकर सरकारी कर्मचारियों के यूज़र आईडी ऑपरेटर और दलालों द्वारा प्रयोग करते दिखाई दिए। वहीं मौके पर मीडिया का कैमरा देखते ही दलाल के होश उड़ गए और मौके से भाग गए। यह पूरा वाकया वीडियो कैमरे में कैद हो गया। पूरे मामले में तहसीलदार जानकारी ना होने की बात कही है।

सोनीपत: एक डीड राइटर और वकील को विजिलेंस द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए जाने के उसके बाद तहसील में अफरा तफरी का माहौल है। तहसील से आरसी और एआरसी भी फरार हो गए हैं उनके कमरे पर ताला लगा है। जबकि रजिस्ट्री कार्यालय में दलाल बैठकर सरकारी कर्मचारियों के यूज़र आईडी ऑपरेटर और दलालों द्वारा प्रयोग करते दिखाई दिए। वहीं मौके पर मीडिया का कैमरा देखते ही दलाल के होश उड़ गए और मौके से भाग गए। यह पूरा वाकया वीडियो कैमरे में कैद हो गया। पूरे मामले में तहसीलदार जानकारी ना होने की बात कही है।
दलालों के माध्यम से रजिस्ट्री करवाने का खेल कोई पुराना नहीं है और दलालों की सक्रियता तहसील के अंदर भी किस तरह मौजूदगी रहती है। यह भी किसी से छुपी हुई नहीं है और वही जब हमारे संवाददाता ने सोनीपत की तहसील में जाकर रियलिटी चेक किया तो मौके पर आरसी और एआरसी की सीट पर बैठकर एक प्राइवेट व्यक्ति काम कर रहा था और मीडिया का कैमरा नजर आया तो मौके से भाग गया। अभी मंगलवार को ही सोनीपत में विजिलेंस द्वारा एक डीड राइटर और पेशे से वकील को पैसे मांगने के एवज में गिरफ्तार किया था। शाम के वक्त एक तरफ जहां कार्यालय पर ताला लगा हुआ था तो वहीं लोगों की भीड़ भी लगी हुई थी और रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्यालय में एंट्री की सारी प्रक्रिया से लेकर रजिस्ट्री करवाने तक का सारा कार्य एक दलाल कर रहा था। मौके पर खिड़की के नजदीक 6 से 7 दलाल मौजूद रहते हैं जो रजिस्ट्री के प्रति गज के हिसाब से रेट तय कर पैसे लेने का कार्य करते हैं। सोनीपत की तहसील में आरसी के पद पर संजय खासा है और एआरसी सूरत सिंह काम करते हैं। लेकिन दोनों ही व्यक्ति विजिलेंस के आने की सूचना को लेकर मौके से फरार हो गए।
पूरा खेल ऐसे चलता है
कोई भी रजिस्ट्री करने से पहले टीआरए कोई भी प्रॉपर्टी कस्टोडियन ना हो, विवादित या किसी प्रकार का कोई लोन ना हो और इसी को लेकर दस्तावेज चेक किए जाते हैं। उसके उपरांत आरसी और एआरसी स्टांप पेपर चेक करना दस्तावेज की कमी को देखना और इसके बाद की प्रक्रिया फोटो की होती है। और फीडिंग करने के उपरांत आरसी की यूजर आईडी प्रयोग होती है। इस प्रकार अलग-अलग स्टेप के अलग-अलग यूजर आईडी होते हैं और रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्यालय में आरसी और एआरसी की अनुपस्थिति में दलाल व्यक्ति सारे कार्य कर रहा था।
