नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल (आईएफएसओ) ने इस मामले में सुल्ली डील्स ऐप बनाने वाले और मास्टरमाइंड को रविवार को इंदौर से गिरफ्तार किया। इंटेलिजेंस फ्यूजन एंड स्ट्रैटेजिक ऑपरेशंस (आईएफएसओ) के डीसीपी केपीएस मल्होत्रा ने कहा कि महिलाओं की ऑनलाइन नीलामी के लिए जीथब पर सुल्ली डील ऐप बनाने वाले ‘मास्टरमाइंड’ को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है और अधिकारियों से पूछताछ की जा रही है।
मल्होत्रा ने कहा, ‘सुल्ली डील्स ऐप क्रिएटर और मास्टरमाइंड ओंकारेश्वर ठाकुर को इंदौर से गिरफ्तार किया गया। वह मुस्लिम महिलाओं को ट्रोल करने के लिए बनाए गए ट्विटर पर ट्रेड-ग्रुप के सदस्य थे।
उन्होंने GitHub पर कोड विकसित किया था। GitHub की पहुंच समूह के सभी सदस्यों के पास थी। उन्होंने अपने ट्विटर अकाउंट पर ऐप को शेयर किया था। मुस्लिम महिलाओं की तस्वीरें समूह के सदस्यों द्वारा अपलोड की गईं, “अधिकारी ने कहा।
सैकड़ों मुस्लिम महिलाओं को मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन पर नीलामी के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया गया था, जिसमें बिना अनुमति के फोटो खिंचवाए गए थे और छेड़छाड़ की गई थी।
उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी ओंकारेश्वर ठाकुर (26) ने इंदौर में आईपीएस अकादमी से बीसीए किया है और वह न्यूयॉर्क सिटी टाउनशिप का निवासी है।
इससे पहले, दिल्ली पुलिस के अधिकारियों ने खुलासा किया था कि कथित मास्टरमाइंड और ‘बुली बाई’ एप्लिकेशन के निर्माता नीरज बिश्नोई को भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों के स्कूलों और विश्वविद्यालयों की वेबसाइटों को हैक करने और खराब करने की आदत थी।
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि बिश्नोई ने पूछताछ के दौरान खुलासा किया है कि वह पिछले साल जुलाई में गिटहब पर होस्ट किए गए ‘सुली डील्स’ ऐप के कथित निर्माता ट्विटर हैंडल @sullideals के पीछे के व्यक्ति के संपर्क में भी थे।
दिल्ली पुलिस ने असम से 21 वर्षीय बिश्नोई को गिरफ्तार किया था और दावा किया था कि उसने उस मामले को सुलझा लिया है जो गिथब प्लेटफॉर्म पर “बुली बाई” ऐप पर “नीलामी” के लिए सैकड़ों मुस्लिम महिलाओं को सूचीबद्ध करने से संबंधित है।
