सोनीपत: योग तन स्वस्थ व मन शुद्ध रहता है: एसडीएम सुरेंद्र
इस दौरान योग शिक्षकों ने परमपिता परमात्मा का स्मरण करने के उपरांत चालन क्रियाओं से योगाभ्यास का प्रारंभ किया। योगाचार्यों ने कार्यक्रम में मौजूद लोगों को विभिन्न योेगासन व प्राणायम करवाए। इस दौरान उन्होंने योग दिवस कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित युवाओं से किसी भी प्रकार के नशे से दूर रहने का आह्वान किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि युवा वर्ग समाज व राष्ट्र के निर्माण में अपना योगदान दें।
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: नई अनाज मंडी गन्नौर में मंगलवार को उपमंडल स्तरीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर एसडीएम सुरेंद्र दून ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर समारोह का शुभारंभ करते हुए कहा कि आज के आधुनिक युग में अधिकतर लोग शारीरिक व मानसिक रूप से तनावग्रस्त रहते हैं। ऐसे में योग का महत्व और अधिक बढ़ जाता है। योग ही ऐसी पद्धत्ति है जिसके सहारे तन-मन व दिमाग को स्वस्थ व शुद्ध रखा जा सकता है। एसडीएम ने योग प्रेमियों का आह्वान किया कि वे निरंतर योग करते हुए संकल्प लें कि योग के सहारे भारत को विश्व का तारनहार बनाना है।
