सोनीपत: डिवाइन सिटी रेजिडेंशियल वेलफेयर सोसायटी का विरोध प्रदर्शन
आरोप लगाया कि होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, स्वीमिंग पूल व बैंक्वेट हॉल खोलने के लिए डिवाईन ग्रुप ने किसी तरह की परमीशन नहीं ले रखी है। कई बार डिवाईन ग्रुप प्रबंधन से मिले, कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई तो उन्होंने नगर योजनाकार विभाग के निदेशक को वर्ष 2021 में शिकायत दी। एक वर्ष बीत जाने के बाद भी अभी तक कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।

सोनीपत/जीजेडी न्यूज: वादा खिलाफी करने वालों के खिलाफ डिवाइन सिटी रेजिडेंशियल वेलफेयर सोसायटी ने बुधवार को रोष प्रदर्शन किया। नगर योजनाकार विभाग के निदेशक को इस संदर्भ शिकायत दी गई थी, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। उन्हें अब रोष प्रदर्शन करना पड़ा।
सोसायटी के उपप्रधान कर्म सिंह, दयानंद जागलान, सचिव पवन मलिक, महासचिव तुषार त्यागी, रमेश फौगाट, सोनू पंघाल, धर्मसिंह, सान्या मलिक, रेखा देशवाल, कमला, कविता आदि ने बताया कि डिवाईन सिटी में रेजिडेंशियल प्लाटों में डिवाईन प्रबंधन द्वारा नियमों को दरकिनार कर बैंक्वेट हॉल बना दिया है। दूसरी जगह पर जहां प्राइमरी स्कूल के लिए निर्धारित की गई थी, उसमें बैंक्वेट हॉल के साथ-साथ होटल, स्वीमिंग पूल व रेस्टोरेंट बनवाया है।

रेजिडेंशियल व स्कूल के लिए निर्धारित की गई जगहों पर अवैध निर्माण होने के संबंध में की गई शिकायत की स्थिति जानने के लिए सोसायटी के पदाधिकारी बुधवार को जिला नगर योजनकार विभाग में पहुंचे। अधिकारियों ने उन्हें बताया कि डिवाइन सिटी में हुई अवैध निर्माण को लेकर नोटिस चस्पा कर दिए हैं। नोटिस में उन्होंने अवैध निर्माणों को हटाने के लिए डिवाईन प्रबंधन को दो दिन का समय दिया है। दो दिन में अवैध निर्माण नहीं हटाए गए तो उनके खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
