सोनीपत: रेलवे पार्क का निर्माण रुका तो विजिलेंस जांच करने पहुंची गन्नौर
ठेकेदार द्वारा कार्य पूरा करने के बाद भी जब उसको पेमेंट नहीं हुई तो उसने काम को फिर से बंद कर दिया। लंबे समय खींचतान के बाद अब नगर पालिका की तरफ से एजेंसी को पेमेंट कर दी गई। जिसके बाद ठेकेदार ने जुलाई 2021 में इस पार्क का निर्माण कार्य फिर से करना शुरू कर दिया था।

गन्नौर/ सोनीपत: नगरपालिका गन्नौर के अंतर्गत मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा में बनने वाले रेलवे पार्क का निर्माण कार्य रुक गया है जबकि नगर पालिका की ओर से पेमेंट भी की गई लेकिन ठेकेदार ने काम शुरू नहीं किया है। नगरपालिका की ओर से काम शुरू करने के लिए कोई नोटिस भी नहीं दिया जबकि तीन महीनों का समय हो गया है।
गुरवार को पंचकुला से विजिलेंस टीम पार्क के निर्माण कार्य का निरीक्षण करने पहुंची थी। टीम ने पार्क के ट्रैक में लगी टाईल, दीवार पर लगाई गई ईंटो व बीम को उखाड़ कर उनके नमूने लिए। नमूने की जांच के बाद निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता का पता लगेगा। रेलवे पार्क का काम 2019 में काम शुरू हुआ था, यह अनुमानित 90 लाख रूपए का काम था। इसको 11 माह में पूरा करना था। ठेकेदार द्वारा मिट्टी डलवाने के बाद पेमंेट न होने के कारण काम जून 2020 तक बंद रहा। जून में दोबारा टेंडर को रिवाईज किया। यह कार्य एक करोड़ 25 लाख रूपये में छह माह में पूरा होना था। ठेकेदार द्वारा कार्य पूरा करने के बाद भी जब उसको पेमेंट नहीं हुई तो उसने काम को फिर से बंद कर दिया। लंबे समय खींचतान के बाद अब नगर पालिका की तरफ से एजेंसी को पेमेंट कर दी गई। जिसके बाद ठेकेदार ने जुलाई 2021 में इस पार्क का निर्माण कार्य फिर से करना शुरू कर दिया था।
नगरपालिका द्वारा वर्ष 2019 में पार्क का निर्माण कार्य शुरू करवाया था। छह हजार वर्ग मीटर में पार्क का निर्माण किया जाएगा। पार्क में हरी घांस, वॉकिंग ट्रैक, चार दिवारी, दो सबमर्सिबल पंप, दिवारों पर ग्रिल व पेड़-पौधे लगाए जाने हैं। पार्क के साथ लगते पांची रोड पर इंटरलोक टाईलों की पगडंडी बनाई जानी है। पार्क में हरी घांस, चार दिवारी का काम पूरा है, जबकि वॉकिंग ट्रैक व का कार्य पार्क के साथ पांची रोड की पगडंडी पर इंटरलोक टाईलों लगाने का कार्य होना है।
रेलवे पार्क में हट का निर्माण, ट्यूबवैल के लिए कमरा, शौचाल का निर्माण किया जाना था, लेकिन रेलवे विभाग के अधिकारियों की तरफ से नगरपालिका को रेलवे पार्क में किसी भी तरह का पक्का निर्माण कार्य न करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। जिसके चलते में पार्क में यह कोई पक्का निर्माण नहीं हो पाएगा।
ठेकेदार मुकेश गोस्वामी ने बताया कि पार्क का निर्माण समय पर न हो पाने का सबसे बड़ा कारण कोरोना रहा। कोरोना में पार्क का निर्माण बंद रहा। नगरपालिका की ओर से समय पर पेमेंट न मिलना, चुनाव में आचार संहिता लगी, बारिश के मौसम में काम बंद करना पड़ा था। लेबर भी अपने घर लौट गई थी। जल्द ही पार्क का निर्माण करवाएंगे। उन्हें पूरी उम्मीद है कि कोई भी सैंपल फेल नहीं होगा।
नगरपालिका अभियंता राहुल मोर ने बताया कि पिछले तीन-चार महीनों से पार्क का काम बंद पड़ा है। नगरपालिका द्वारा काम बंद करने के बाद कारण बताओ नोटिस दिया गया था, लेकिन ठेकेदार की तरफ से कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। सदन की बैठक में मुद्दे को उठाएंगे, उसके कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
