सोनीपत: विकलांग को नाैकरी में आरक्षण, टोल टैक्स फ्री, जीएसटी में छूट: राज्य आयुक्त
राज्य आयुक्त रविवार को रेलवे रोड स्थित पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग के विश्राम गृह में पत्रकारों से खास बात कर रहे थे। दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र उपमंडल स्तर पर बनाने की सुविधा प्रदान की है।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: दिव्यांगजन तथा सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के राज्य आयुक्त राजकुमार मक्कड़ ने कहा कि दिव्यांगजन प्रमाणपत्र को आधार कार्ड से जोडने का निर्णय लिया है। इनको नौकरियों में 4 प्रतिशत आरक्षण टोल टैक्स नि:शुल्क तथा जीएसटी में छूट दी जा रही है।
राज्य आयुक्त रविवार को रेलवे रोड स्थित पीडब्ल्यूडी विभाग के विश्राम गृह में पत्रकारों से खास बात कर रहे थे। दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र उपमंडल स्तर पर बनाने की सुविधा प्रदान की है। स्वावलंबन पोर्टल स्थापित किया है, घर बैठकर अथवा सीएससी में जाकर भी पंजीकरण करवा सकते हैं। इससे फर्जी प्रमाणपत्र पर रोक लगेगी। पात्र व्यक्तियों को सुविधा मिलेगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा में एक लाख 89 हजार 890 दिव्यांगजनों को ढ़ाई हजार रुपये मासिक पैंशन दी जा रही है। 10 लाख दिव्यांगजन हैं। पोर्टल के माध्यम से 700 शिकायतों को समाधान किया गया है। सरकारी विभागों, मेडिकल काॅलेज, विश्वविद्यालयों आदि में लगभग 15 हजार नौकरियां दिव्यांगजन के लिए हैं। दिव्यांगों के लिए एमबीबीएस चिकित्सक की नौकरी निकाली जा चुकी है। विशेष अध्यापक भी लगाये गये।
राज्य आयुक्त ने बताया कि हरियाणा में 20 हजार हरहित रिटेल स्टोर व 50 हजार वीटा बूथ खोलेंगे दिव्यांगों को 10 प्रतिशत आरक्षण मिलेगा। प्रमाणपत्र में गड़बड़ी की आशंका के सवाल के जवाब में राज्य आयुक्त ने कहा कि ऐसा करने वाले के खिलाफ पांच वर्ष की सजा अथवा पांच लाख रुपये का जुर्माना दोनों का भी प्रावधान है। इस तरह के मामलों में 16 एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई जा चुकी हैं। 70 प्रतिशत दिव्यांगजन जिनकी आय तीन लाख रुपये वार्षिक तक होगी उनको भी आयुष्मान भारत योजना का लाभ मिलेगा। करनाल में 15 एकड़ भूमि में तीन सौ करोड़ रुपये की लागत से दिव्यांजन के लिए पुर्नवास केंद्र स्थापित किया जा रहा है। मानसिक दिव्यांगों के लिए अंबाला में 37 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से लाइफसेंटर स्थापित कर रहे हैं।
