सोनीपत: सफाई की बदहाली, जेबीएम के खिलाफ धरने पर नगर निगम पार्षद
नगर परिषद 20 पार्षदों ने अनिश्चितकाल धरना देने का कारण घरों से कूड़ा उठाने वाली जेबीएम कंपनी के खिलाफ रोष है इसलिए यह प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है। पार्षदों ने अधिकारियों पर लगाया आरोप, अधिकारियों के भ्रष्टाचार और लीपापोती के चलते जेबीएम कंपनी शहर भर से घर-घर से कूड़ा नहीं उठा रही है।

सोनीपत। शहर की सफाई व्यवस्था को लेकर नगर निगम के पार्षद हरि प्रकाश सैनी, सुरेंद्र नैय्यर, सुरेंद्र मदान, बबीता कौशिक, मुकेश सैनी, रेनू कपूर, मुनीराम, पुनीत, राजीव सरोहा, ममता लूथरा, इंदु वलेचा, लक्ष्मी नारायण तनेजा, संगीता सैनी, सूर्य दहिया, अतुल जैन, मोनिका, नवीन, मनजीत, बिजेंद्र मलिक, नीतू दहिया यह 20 पार्षद सोमवार को अनिश्चितकाल धरने पर बैठ गए हैं।
आरोप है कि जेबीएम कम्पनी की लापरवाही के चलते शहर में जगह जगह कूड़े के ढेर लगे हुए हैं। लेकिन एजेंसी इस को गंभीरता से नहीं ले रही है। नगर निगम के सभी पार्षद आयुक्त महोदय को पत्र लिख कर एजेंसी पर कार्यवाही की मांग कर चुके हैं। लेकिन सुधार नहीं हुआ तो मजबूर होकर धरने पर बैठ गए हैं।
नगर परिषद 20 पार्षदों ने अनिश्चितकाल धरना देने का कारण घरों से कूड़ा उठाने वाली जेबीएम कंपनी के खिलाफ रोष है इसलिए यह प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है। पार्षदों ने अधिकारियों पर लगाया आरोप, अधिकारियों के भ्रष्टाचार और लीपापोती के चलते जेबीएम कंपनी शहर भर से घर-घर से कूड़ा नहीं उठा रही है। अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत के चलते जेबीएम कंपनी दो सौ गाड़ियों की जगह केवल 40 गाड़ियों से काम चला रही है। जनसंख्या और घरों के अनुसार कूड़ा उठाने वाली गाड़ियों की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए हर रोज मांग कर रहे हैं। कूड़ा उठाने वाली गाड़ियों में हेल्परों की नियुक्ति करने की भी मांग है। सोनीपत शहर में बनाए गए हैं कई जगह पर डंपिंग पॉइंट
शहर में समय पर कूड़ा उठान नहीं होता है। यह कंपनी घर घर से कूड़ा उठाने के कार्य में एजेंसी पूरी तरह विफल रही है। इसलिए उनकी भी यही मांग है कि हरियाणा सरकार एजेंसी पर ठोस कार्यवाही करे ताकि लोगों की समस्या दूर हो सके। मेयर निखिल मदान इस मामले को लेकर शुक्रवार को निगम आयुक्त से मिले थे। जेबीएम कम्पनी को निगम मुख्यालय चंडीगढ़ से ही टेंडर दिया जा रहा है उसको तुरंत प्रभाव से निरस्त करने की मांग की गई है।
