उपायुक्त के निर्देशन में जिला नगर योजनाकार के नेतृत्व में उनकी टीम ने पुलिस बल की सहायता से बड़वासनी में अवैध निर्माण को विकसित होने से पहले ही हटा दिया। सोनीपत शहरी क्षेत्र में सोनीपत से गोहाना को जाने वाले रोड के साथ लगते गांव बड़वासनी में तीन एकड़ जमीन के ऊपर विकसित हो रही अवैध निर्माण को तोड़ दिया। टीम ने तीन कच्चे रास्ते तथा दस डीपीसी को शुरूआती दौर में ही पूर्ण रूप से ध्वस्त कर अवैध निर्माण पर रोक लगाई।
उपायुक्त सिवाच ने कहा कि अवैध रूप से कालोनियां विकसित न की जाएं। अवैध कालोनी विकसित नहीं होने दी जाएगी। अवैध कालोनी निर्माताओं को इस प्रकार के प्रयास नहीं करने चाहिए, इससे आम जनमानस को दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है। उन्होंने आम जनमानस से भी अपील की कि वे भी अवैध कालोनियों में किसी प्रकार की भूमि अथवा मकान इत्यादि की खरीद न करें। कोई भी जमीन खरीदने से पहले पूर्ण रूप से उसकी जांच-पड़ताल कर लें। अवैध कालोनियों में निवेश न करें।
