प्रदेश में पिछड़ा वर्ग प्रतिनिधियों ने मांग की है कि आरक्षण संबंधी क्रीमी लेयर को गैरकानूनी असंवैधानिक मानते हुए रद्द किया कर दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इंदिरा साहनी केस के फैसले के अनुसार पुनः नई अधिसूचना जारी करने का आदेश दिया था।
सोनीपत: जिला सोनीपत के विभिन्न संगठन संस्थाओं ने संयुक्त रूप से उपायुक्त सोनीपत के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री के नाम सोमवार को ज्ञापन सौंपा है। जिसमें पिछड़ा वर्ग क्रीमी लेयर संबंधी 17 नवंबर 2021 वाली अधिसूचना को रद्द करने के बारे में मांग की गई है।

प्रदेश में पिछड़ा वर्ग प्रतिनिधियों ने मांग की है कि आरक्षण संबंधी क्रीमी लेयर को गैरकानूनी असंवैधानिक मानते हुए रद्द किया कर दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इंदिरा साहनी केस के फैसले के अनुसार पुनः नई अधिसूचना जारी करने का आदेश दिया था। लेकिन हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा 17 नवंबर 2021 को जारी नई अधिसूचना न केवल 2016 एवं 2018 की सूचनाओं का प्रतिरूप होने के साथ-साथ यह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इंदिरा साहनी फैसले के खिलाफ भी है।
ओबीसी संगठनों ने उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा केस की सुनवाई के दौरान 9 दिसंबर को सरकार की ओर से पेश एडिशनल एडवोकेट जनरल ने कोर्ट को आश्वासन दिया है कि नई अधिसूचना में व्याप्त खामियों को ठीक कर दिया जाएगा। यह मामला प्रदेश की 45प्रतिशत आबादी के भविष्य से जुड़ा हुआ है इसलिए ज्ञापन में विनम्र प्रार्थना की गई है कि 17 नवंबर 2021 को अधिसूचना को तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द करके सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इंदिरा साहनी बनाम भारत सरकार के फैसले के अनुरूप केंद्र की तर्ज पर 1995 की अधिसूचना को लागू कर पिछड़ा वर्ग के साथ न्याय किया जाए।
राष्ट्रीय अति पिछड़ा वर्ग अधिकार मंच के महेंद्र सिंह पांचाल, महावीर कश्यप, राम मेहर सिंह नरेश कश्यप, जांगिड़ महासभा के पूर्व जिला अध्यक्ष भलेराम जांगड़ा, भारतीय कश्यप मल्लाह निषाद महासंघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष राजेश कश्यप, महिला विंग प्रदेशाध्यक्ष कलावती पांचाल, हंसराज कृष्ण कुमार आदि विभिन्न संगठन संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधि सदस्य शामिल हुए। पहले छोटू राम चौक पर एकत्र हुए इसके बाद लघुसचिवालय पहुंचे और सीएम के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा।
