सोनीपत: रेलवे प्रशासन द्वारा रेलवे लाईन के साथ लगती कॉलोनियों में रेलवे की जमीन की तरफ दरवाजे, खिड़की, छज्जे बंद करने या हटाने के लिए नोटिस भेजे जाने क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए परेशानी पैदा हो गई है। कॉलोनी वासी भारी संख्या में एकत्र हुए और मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन से इसमें राहत दिलाने की मांग की है।

मंडल रेल प्रबंधक दिल्ली के अनुसार गत 17 दिसंबर को ज्ञान नगर, ईदगाह, सुंदर सांवरी आदि कॉलोनियों के लगभग 400 घरों के बाहर नोटिस चस्पा किए हैं। जिसमें 10 दिन के अंदर कॉलोनी वासियों ने नोटिस पर अमल नहीं किया तो रेलवे खुद कानूनी कारवाई करते हुए बंद कर देगा। नोटिस की सूचना मिलने पर भाजपा युवा मोर्चा प्रभारी संजीव वलेचा के साथ राजीव जैन ने मौके पर जाकर पीड़ितों की व्यवस्था सुनी और विश्वास दिलाया कि रेलवे के उच्च अधिकारियों से मिलकर हर संभव मदद करेंगे।
कॉलोनी वासियों ने बताया कि मार्च माह में भी रेलवे ने नोटिस दिए थे परंतु समय पूर्व मंत्री कविता जैन की अध्यक्षता में जिला अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त अशोक बंसल एवं रेलवे अधिकारियों के बीच बैठक हुई थी। जिसमें सहमति बनी थी कि दो फुट मकान धारक पीछे हटा लेगा और दो फुट रेलवे जमीन छोड़कर दीवार कर लेगा इससे चार फुट का रास्ता मकान मालिक को मिल जाएगा। राजीव जैन ने कहा कि तीन दिनों के अंदर वह दोबारा अधिकारियों से बैठक तय करवा कर समस्या का समाधान करवायेंगे। एकत्रित कॉलोनी वासियों में कृष्ण, जगमोहन, बबलू, सत्यवान, सुभाष, धर्मबीर, सुरेंद्र, विनोद, अनिल, प्रशांत, वीर सिंह, रविकांत, अशोक, बिजेंद्र, सुभाष, रमन, करण सिंह, गोपाल, मोमिन, इरशाद, महरबान, अजय, रोबिन, विजय, मास्टर अशोक, अभिजीत, सतबीर, लीला, संजीव, सुनिल, रिंकू, नितिन, शेखर, लक्ष्मण, यासीन मौजूद थे।
