सोनीपत: विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में डीएलएसए के तत्वाधान में आयोजित किया गया स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर व जागरूकता शिविर
मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी ने बताया कि इस शिविर में जेके हिन्दू हॉस्पिटल की डॉक्टरों की टीम द्वारा कोर्ट कर्मचारियों व उनके परिजनों, पैनल एडवोकेट्स, मेडिएटर्स का स्वास्थ्य जांच व परीक्षण किया गया।
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी एवं जिला विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण के सचिव रमेश चंद्र ने बताया कि जिला व सत्र न्यायाधीश एवं जिला विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष सुभाष मेहला के निर्देशन में डीएलएस व स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस के उलक्ष्य में एडीआर सेंटर में स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर व जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन किया गया।
मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी ने बताया कि इस शिविर में जेके हिन्दू हॉस्पिटल की डॉक्टरों की टीम द्वारा कोर्ट कर्मचारियों व उनके परिजनों, पैनल एडवोकेट्स, मेडिएटर्स का स्वास्थ्य जांच व परीक्षण किया गया। इसके बाद कार्डिओर्ओलॉजिस्ट डॉ. जगमोहन, गैस्ट्रोएन्टेरोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. पंकज, फिजिसियन डॉ. निर्दोश छाबड़ा, ऑप्थल्मोलॉजिस्ट डिपार्टमेंट से सुरेश, आर.एम.ओ डॉ. सरिता, ऑर्थो सर्जन डॉ. गौरव कामरा, डायटीशियन मिस वीणा के द्वारा उपस्थित कोर्ट स्टाफ को स्वस्थ जीवन शैली पर उपयोगी जानकारी देकर जागरूक किया गया। उन्होंने निरोगी रहने के लिए दैनिक जीवन में जरूरी बदलाव लाने की आवश्यकता जैसे की नियमित व्यायाम, योग, संतुलित भोजन, तनाव मुक्त जीवन, अच्छी नींद आदि के महत्व को सरल भाषा में समझाया गया।
