पूर्व मंत्री कविता जैन ने कहा कि गुरूनानक देव ने मानवता का संदेश दिया जो सदैव अनुकरणीय रहेगा। उन्होंने मानव प्रेम को प्राथमिकता दी। आपसी भेदभाव को मिटाकर प्रेम का प्रचार-प्रसार किया। उनके दैवीय गुणों व संदेश को आत्मसात करके हम अपने दोनों लोकों का उद्धार कर सकते हैं। गुरूनानक देव जी ने एकात्मकता का संदेश प्रसारित किया, जिसका अर्थ है कि हमें आपस में किसी भी प्रकार का भेदभाव नहीं रखना चाहिए। मानव को मानव से प्रेम करना चाहिए। नर सेवा ही नारायण सेवा है।
