ड्रेन का साइफन टूटने के कारण पानी एक हजार से ज्यादा एकड़ भूमि जलमग्न हो गई इस समस्या का समाधान के लिए भाकियू के नेतृत्व में किसान एसडीएम गन्नौर के नाम शुक्रवार को तहसीलदार रविंद्र हुड्डा को ज्ञापन सौंप कर समाधान की मांग की है।

गांव मोई में पिछले दिनों हुई बरसात से एक हजार एकड़ धान की फसल में भरे बरसात के पानी की निकासी की मांग को लेकर किसान शुक्रवार को गन्नौर एसडीएम सुरेंद्र दून से मिले। भाकियू गन्नौर ब्लाक प्रधान वीरेंद्र पहल के ने एसडीएम दून को बताया कि दूषित पानी के निकासी के लिए ड्रेन का साइफन भैंसवाल रजवाहा के नीचे टूट गया है। जिस कारण उसमें मिट्टी व पत्थर फंस गए और वह बंद हो गया है। ऐसे में ड्रेन का पानी उनके खेतों के पानी की निकासी ड्रेन में नहीं हो पा रही है। निकासी न होने की वजह से खेत के साथ लगते मकानों की दीवारें भी क्षतिग्रस्त हो चुकी हैं। किसी भी समय बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है। कुछ ग्रामीण तो हादसे के भय से अपने घर से बाहर रह रहे हैं।
किसानों की समस्या सुनने के बाद एसडीएम ने उन्हें इस समस्या का समाधान का आश्वासन दिया और सोनीपत मीटिंग को रवाना हो गए। एसडीएम के जाने के बाद किसानों ने यूनियन के नेतृत्व में तहसीलदार रविन्द्र हुड्डा को एसडीएम के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा और इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान कराने की गुहार लगाई। पूर्व जिला अध्यक्ष रोहतास बैनिवाल, बिजेंद्र, नरेंद्र, रामकुमार, महेंद्र, महासिंह, रणधीर, सतबीर आदि मौजूद रहे।
