सोनीपत: हरियाणा की बाक्सर सुनैना जांगड़ा ने बैंगलुरु में पदक जीता, शानदार स्वागत
ग्रामीणों ने अपनी लाडली सुनैना का फूल और नेाटों की मालाओं से स्वागत किया। सुनैना के पिता ज्योति प्रसाद जांगड़ा ने बताया कि वे अपनी बेटी को गांव से केएस बॉक्सिंग क्लब खरखौदा में प्रशिक्षण के लेकर जाते हैं।
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: बैंगलुरु में खेलो इंडिया के अतर्गत हुए खेल इंटर यूनिवर्सिटी बाक्सिंग प्रतियोगिता में हरियाणा प्रदेश के जिला सोनीपत, खंड खरखौदा के गांव गोपालपुर की बेटी सुनैना जांगड़ा ने कांस्य पदक जीता है। वहीं 6 से 8 मई को खरखौदा में हुई राष्ट्रीय बाक्सिंग खेल प्रतियोगिता में सुनैना ने रजत पदक जीतकर घर, परिवार, समाज, गांव का नाम रोशन किया है।
ग्रामीणों ने अपनी लाडली सुनैना का फूल और नेाटों की मालाओं से स्वागत किया। सुनैना के पिता ज्योति प्रसाद जांगड़ा ने बताया कि वे अपनी बेटी को गांव से केएस बॉक्सिंग क्लब खरखौदा में प्रशिक्षण के लेकर जाते हैं। उन्हें बेटी पर नाज पर उनके लिए बेटे-बेटियों में कोई भेद नहीं है। समाज के लोगों के लिए भी संदेश है कि बेटी अगर कोई योग्यता रखती है तो उसको माता पिता की ओर से सहयोग दिया जाना चाहिए ताकि उसकी प्रतिभा निखर कर सामने आए। कोच रवि नरवाल का कहना है कि सुनैना में खेलने की क्षमता है, बस थोड़े से प्रोत्साहन की जरुरत है। अभी कांस्य पदक बंगलुरु में आया तो हरियाणा के खरखौदा में हुई राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में इसने रजत पदक लिया है। इससे पहले नेशनल स्कूल की प्रतियोगिताओं में दो स्वर्ण पदक जीते। लेकिन चोट लगने के कारण कुछ खेद प्रदर्शन प्रभावित हुआ। लेकिन दोबारा से प्रशिक्षण लेकर खेल में निखार किया जा रहा है।
