सोनीपत: मॉडल संस्कृति स्कूल का दौरा करने वाली कमेटी हालात से असंतुष्ट
कमेटी ने स्कूल में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता, स्कूल की सफाई व्यवस्था, स्कूल में बच्चों को जाने वाली सुविधाओं, वर्तमान स्थिति आदि के बारे में जांच करी। विधायक निर्मल चौधरी ने स्कूल में लगातार बढ़ रही बच्चों की संख्या पर कहा कि सरकार की शिक्षा नीति की वजह से राजकीय स्कूलों में शिक्षा का स्तर बढ़ रहा है।

सोनीपत: गन्नौर के राजकीय मॉडल संस्कृति वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय में गुरुवार को शिक्षा, तकनीकी शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, चिकित्सा शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सेवा के लिए गठित विधानसभा कमेटी ने दौरा किया। कमेटी अध्यक्ष विधायक सीमा त्रिखा सहित चार सदस्य विधायकों ने निरीक्षण किया जिसमें खेल मैदान नहीं मिला, शिक्षकों की कमी मिली जबकि विधार्थियों को बैठने के लिए कमरे भी पर्याप्त नहीं मिले।

कमेटी ने स्कूल में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता, स्कूल की सफाई व्यवस्था, स्कूल में बच्चों को जाने वाली सुविधाओं, वर्तमान स्थिति आदि के बारे में जांच करी। विधायक निर्मल चौधरी ने स्कूल में लगातार बढ़ रही बच्चों की संख्या पर कहा कि सरकार की शिक्षा नीति की वजह से राजकीय स्कूलों में शिक्षा का स्तर बढ़ रहा है। वहीं मॉडल संस्कृति स्कूल को सीबीएसई से मान्यता मिलने की वजह से अब सरकारी स्कूलों में भी दाखिला बढ़ रहा है। इस स्कूल में 700 विद्यार्थी थे अब 1400 हो गए हैं।
बच्चों को गुणवत्तापरक समान शिक्षा मिले
विधायक शमशेर सिंह गोगी की नजर स्कूल की दीवार पर हुए ताजे रंग रोगन पर पड़ी तो उन्होंने कहा कि कमेटी के दौरे से ठीक पहले यह व्यवस्था हुई। स्कूल में न कोई खेल मैदान है ना ही पर्याप्त शिक्षक हैं और न ही बच्चों के लिए बैठने की व्यवस्था है। वह ऐसे मॉडल स्कूल से संतुष्ट नहीं है। सभी बच्चों को गुणवत्तापरक समान शिक्षा मिले।
पर्याप्त शिक्षक नहीं तो कैसे होगा निजी स्कूलों से मुकाबला
विधायक शमशेर सिंह गोगी ने कहा कि सरकारी स्कूलों में अच्छी व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए, नहीं तो लोग पैसे देकर निजी स्कूलों में अपने बच्चों के दाखिले करवा रहे हैं। स्कूल में अंग्रेजी व गणित के पर्याप्त शिक्षक नहीं है। निजी स्कूलों की वजह से सरकारी स्कूल बंद हो रहे हैं, क्योंकि सरकारी स्कूलों में सरकार सही नीयत से काम नहीं करती।
स्कूल को दो शिफ्टों में शुरू करेंगे
स्कूल में शिक्षकों की कमी व दो शिफ्टों में स्कूल को चलाए जाने पर माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के निदेशक जे गणेशन ने कहा कि मॉडल संस्कृति स्कूल के लिए शिक्षकों के चयन की प्रक्रिया अलग होती है। एक माह में याचिका पर फैसला हो जाएगा। जिसके बाद स्कूल में शिक्षकों की कमी को पूरा कर दिया जाएगा। दो शिफ्टों में स्कूल चलाने अनुमति सीबीएसई बोर्ड से आनी है। जल्द ही अनुमति मिल जाएगी जिसके बाद स्कूल को दो शिफ्टों में शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
