भारत व ब्रिटेन के शिक्षाविदों व सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं शिक्षक दिवस पर ‘व्यक्तित्व विकास से राष्ट्र निर्माण तक शिक्षक की भूमिका’ विषय पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वेबिनार का आयोजन किया गया । विदेशों में बसे भारतीय परिवारों के बच्चों को हिंदी सिखाने व हिंदी के प्रचार प्रसार के लिये विविध गतिविधियां करवाने के उद्देश्य से भारत व ब्रिटेन के शिक्षाविदों व सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं ने हिंदी शिक्षा परिषद यूके का गठन किया हुआ है। इसी उद्देश्य के मध्य नजर यह कार्यक्रम करवाया गया जिसमें भारत सहित ब्रिटेन , किर्गिस्तान , अमेरिका , बेल्जियम, लाटविया के 25 प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए।

भारतीय वक्ताओं में नेशनल अवार्डी मनोज लाकड़ा, चंचल शर्मा, बजरंग लाल, सुनीता, वर्तिका श्रीवास्तव, प्रवीण तायल, ओंकार देशमुख , शैलेश शुक्ला, अश्विन रामनाथन ने मानवीय मूल्यों की स्थापना, बेहतर नागरिक निर्माण, गतिविधियों के माध्यम से व्यक्तित्व व समाजिक विकास में शिक्षक के योगदान का वर्णन किया। किर्गिस्तान से माही नाज़ारोवा, बेल्जियम से डॉक्टर मनीष गुप्ता, ब्रिटेन से नीलिमा दहिया, सत्यवीर सिंगल, प्रवीण पटेल, कैथी मंडाजा, मार्क गिब्बन, सुब्रमंयम रामा स्वामी, जगबीर सिंह व अमेरिका से शवोन डोगलीन, विजय कुमार ने शिक्षक दिवस पर शिक्षकों के महत्व व राष्ट्र निर्माण में उनकी भूमिका पर अपना वक्तव्य रखा।
