कोर्ट पहुंचे सलमान खान: पत्रकार फोन स्नैचिंग मामले में बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट पहुंचे सलमान खान
न्यायमूर्ति रेवती मोहिते डेरे की एकल पीठ मंगलवार को सलमान की याचिका पर सुनवाई करेगी। एक दीवानी अदालत ने पिछले महीने सलमान और उनके अंगरक्षक नवाज शेख को समन जारी किया था और उन्हें 5 अप्रैल को पेश होने का निर्देश दिया था। अभिनेता और उनके अंगरक्षक नवाज शेख को तलब करने के बाद सलमान आज मजिस्ट्रेट अदालत में पेश नहीं हुए।
मुंबई/जीजेडी न्यूज: बॉलीवुड सुपरस्टार सलमान खान, जिन्हें आज (5,2022 अप्रैल) को मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट में पेश होना था, ने उन्हें जारी किए गए समन के खिलाफ बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट का रुख किया। सलमान खान ने 2019 में एक पत्रकार के साथ कथित दुर्व्यवहार के संबंध में निचली अदालत द्वारा उन्हें जारी प्रक्रिया (समन) को चुनौती देते हुए बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है।

पत्रकार अशोक पांडे ने आरोप लगाया था कि सलमान खान ने मुंबई की सड़क पर साइकिल चलाते समय उनका मोबाइल फोन छीन लिया था, जब कुछ मीडियाकर्मियों ने 2019 में उनकी तस्वीरें क्लिक करना शुरू कर दिया था। अभिनेता ने कथित तौर पर एक तर्क में प्रवेश किया था और पत्रकार को धमकी दी थी।
अशोक पांडे ने अपनी शिकायत में अभिनेता सलमान खान और उनके अंगरक्षक के खिलाफ आपराधिक कार्रवाई शुरू करने की मांग की थी।
मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने पहले स्थानीय पुलिस थाने को जांच करने और रिपोर्ट सौंपने का निर्देश दिया था। दो हफ्ते पहले अपने आदेश में कोर्ट ने कहा था, ‘रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज आत्मभाषी सामग्री, सकारात्मक पुलिस रिपोर्ट और अन्य सामग्री को ध्यान में रखते हुए, आरोपी व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने के लिए पर्याप्त आधार हैं।
मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट आरआर खान ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि मामले में एक पुलिस रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 504 (शांति भंग करने के इरादे से जानबूझकर अपमान) और 506 (आपराधिक धमकी) के तहत अपराध आरोपी व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ किए गए थे।
अदालत ने तब प्रक्रिया / समन जारी किया था और मामले को आगे की सुनवाई के लिए 5 अप्रैल को पोस्ट किया था।
और अब सलमान खान ने इस मामले में बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है। अभिनेता ने अपनी याचिका में एचसी से निचली अदालत के आदेश जारी करने की प्रक्रिया को रद्द करने की मांग की है और अंतरिम राहत के माध्यम से प्रक्रिया (समन) पर रोक लगाने की भी मांग की है।
