शहर के सैक्टर-15 में स्थित हुडा आफिस के पास काफी समय से खुले में कूड़ा डाला जा रहा है। जिससे आसपास के लोग काफी परेशान हैं। कई बार निगम अधिकारियों से इस संबंध में शिकायत की जा चुकी है, लेकिन समस्या का कोई हल नहीं निकला है। समस्या से परेशान क्षेत्रवासियों ने कांग्रेस नेता अनुज छाबड़ा के नेतृत्व में रोष प्रकट किया।
इस दौरान अनुज छाबड़ा ने कहा कि सेक्टर-15 में कूड़ा डालने के लिए नगर निगम की तरफ से कोई व्यापक कदम नहीं उठाए गए हैं। जिसके चलते आसपास के लोग खुले में ही कूड़ा डालने पर मजबूर हो रहे हैं। खुले में कूड़ा डालने से क्षेत्र में बीमारी फैलने का खतरा बना हुआ है। क्षेत्रवासियों ने अनुज छाबड़ा को बताया कि समस्या के समाधान को लेकर उन्होंने कई बार निगम अधिकारियों के कार्यालय में जाकर लिखित में भी और मौखिक तौर से भी शिकायत की है, लेकिन समस्या जस की तस है। आशीष, राहुल, प्रिंस व सुनील आदि ने कहा कि निगम कूड़ा डालने के लिए ठोस प्रबंध करें, ताकि आसपास के लोगों को राहत मिल सके।
