गणतंत्र दिवस: देशभक्ति के जज्बे के साथ मनायें राष्ट्रीय पर्व: नगराधीश
नगराधीश जितेंद्र जोशी की अध्यक्षीय उदबोधन में कहा कि देशभक्ति के जज्बे के साथ राष्ट्रीय पर्व गणतंत्र दिवस को मनायें। वे हिंदू विद्यापीठ वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों की पहली रिहर्सल को देखने के बाद बोल रहे थे इनके साथ में सहयोगी टीम के सछस्यों ने आयोजित की गई, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी जोगेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा, एआईपीआरओ बिजेंद्र कुमार, प्राध्यापक सुभाष सिसोदिया, प्रिंसीपल संतोष राठी, प्रिंसीपल सोनी रूद्रा ने नन्हें कलाकारों के द्वारा प्रस्तुत कार्यक्रमों को देखा। मंच का संचालन कुशलतापूर्वक शशि मेहता ने किया।

सबसे पहले छात्राओं ने मनमोहक राजस्थानी नृत्य के रूप में दी- केसरिया बालम आओ पधारो तम म्हारे देश रे। एक छात्राओं की टीम ने रिमिक्स प्रस्तुति दी ओर हुए पंजाब की संस्कृति को पेश किया सुनो गौर से दुनियां वालों, चाहे जितना जोर लगा लो, सबसे आगेे होंगेे हिंदुस्तानी। विद्यार्थियों ने समूहगायन की प्रस्तुति इस प्रकार दी- लक्ष्य न ओझल होने पाए कदम मिलाकर चल।
हरियाणवी संस्कृति एवं सभ्यता से परिचित करवाते हुए कन्या भ्रूण हत्या पर कटाक्ष किया हरियाणवी समूह नृत्य की प्रस्तुति दी। अकबरपुर बारोटा की छात्राओं ने पंजाब और हरियाणा दोनों प्रांतों की संस्कृति को समूह नृत्य के साथ दमदार प्रस्तुति दी। राष्ट्रीय गान के साथ रिहर्सल का समापन किया गया।
पुलिस लाइन में पुलिस टुकडिय़ों ने मार्च पास्ट के लिए परेड की रिहर्सल की। हिंदुस्तान स्काऊट गाइड व रैडक्रॉस की टुकडिय़ों और स्काऊट की टुकडिय़ां भी शामिल रही। पीटी शो का अभ्यास किया गया। पीटी-शो में दस विद्यालयों के छात्र-छात्राएं हिस्सा ले रहे हैं।
