रायसीना डायलॉग 2022: पीएम मोदी आज करेंगे 7वें संस्करण का उद्घाटन, 90 देश लेंगे हिस्सा
रायसीना डायलॉग, भारत की प्रमुख बहुपक्षीय विदेश नीति और 2016 में शुरू हुआ भू-अर्थशास्त्र सम्मेलन वैश्विक समुदाय के सामने आने वाले सबसे चुनौतीपूर्ण मुद्दों को संबोधित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज भारत की प्रमुख बहुपक्षीय विदेश नीति और भू-अर्थशास्त्र सम्मेलन रायसीना डायलॉग के सातवें संस्करण का उद्घाटन करेंगे। वस्तुतः पिछले वर्ष आयोजित किया गया सम्मेलन इस वर्ष व्यक्तिगत रूप से आयोजित किया जाएगा, और यूरोपीय आयोग के अध्यक्ष उर्सुला वॉन डेर लेयेन कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि हैं।विदेश मंत्रालय (MEA) के अनुसार, वार्ता 25 अप्रैल से 27 अप्रैल तक तीन दिनों में होगी।
रायसीना डायलॉग 2022 की थीम
इस वर्ष रायसीना डायलॉग “टेरानोवा- इंपैसियन्ड, इंपेशेंट, इम्पेरिल्ड” थीम पर आधारित है, जिसे छह विषयगत स्तंभों के साथ तैयार किया जाएगा – रीथिंकिंग डेमोक्रेसी: व्यापार, प्रौद्योगिकी और विचारधारा; बहुपक्षवाद का अंत: एक नेटवर्क वाली वैश्विक व्यवस्था; वाटर कॉकस: इंडो-पैसिफिक में अशांत ज्वार; समुदाय इंक: स्वास्थ्य, विकास और ग्रह के लिए पहला उत्तरदाता; हरित संक्रमण प्राप्त करना: सामान्य अनिवार्यता, वास्तविकताओं को अलग करना; सैमसन बनाम गोलियत: लगातार और निरंतर प्रौद्योगिकी युद्ध।
रायसीना डायलॉग, भारत की प्रमुख बहुपक्षीय विदेश नीति और 2016 में शुरू हुआ भू-अर्थशास्त्र सम्मेलन वैश्विक समुदाय के सामने आने वाले सबसे चुनौतीपूर्ण मुद्दों को संबोधित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। सम्मेलन का आयोजन विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा ऑब्जर्वर रिसर्च फाउंडेशन (ओआरएफ) के सहयोग से किया जाता है।
रायसीना डायलॉग 2022 में प्रतिभागी
विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता अरिंदम बागची ने कहा, “रायसीना डायलॉग 2022 में 90 देशों के 210 से अधिक वक्ताओं के साथ लगभग 100 सत्र होंगे। सम्मेलन के दौरान कुछ साइड इवेंट भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे, जो बर्लिन और वाशिंगटन में आयोजित किए जाएंगे।”
विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता ने आगे कहा कि सम्मेलन में स्वीडन के पूर्व पीएम कार्ल बिल्ड, कनाडा के पूर्व पीएम स्टीफन हार्पर, मालदीव के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति मोहम्मद नशीद और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के पूर्व पीएम एंथनी एबॉट के शामिल होने की संभावना है।
बागची ने कहा, “हम संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा के अध्यक्ष अब्दुल्ला शाहिद के पहले से रिकॉर्ड किए गए संदेश पर भी भरोसा करेंगे।
विदेश मंत्रियों की भागीदारी के संदर्भ में, विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि अर्जेंटीना, आर्मेनिया, गुयाना, नाइजीरिया, नॉर्वे, लिथुआनिया, लक्जमबर्ग, मेडागास्कर, नीदरलैंड, फिलीपींस, पोलैंड, पुर्तगाल और स्लोवेनिया के विदेश मंत्री इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लेंगे। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि ऑस्ट्रेलियाई विदेश मंत्री भी वस्तुतः सम्मेलन में शामिल हो सकते हैं। बागची ने कहा कि विदेश मंत्री अपनी भारत यात्रा के दौरान विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर के साथ आधिकारिक कार्यक्रम भी करेंगे।
