मुंबई पुलिस केअनुसार राजकुंद्रा ही पोर्न फिल्मों के रैकेट के मुख्य साजिशकर्ता थे। इसके लिए UK में कंपनी भी बनाई गई। उसका ऐप बनाया गया।
मुंबई: बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री शिल्पा शेट्टी के पति और व्यवसायी राज कुंद्रा को मुंबई पुलिस ने 11 अन्य लोगों के साथ अश्लील फिल्में बनाने और उन्हें ऐप्स के माध्यम से प्रकाशित करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है। 45 वर्षीय राज कुंद्रा को मुख्य साजिशकर्ता बताया गया है और सोमवार देर रात मुंबई पुलिस की अपराध शाखा ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया। कुंद्रा पर भारतीय दंड संहिता (आईपीसी) और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। जब कोर्ट में पुलिस ने कहा कि राज कुंद्रा अपने हॉटशॉट ऐप के जरिए पोर्न फिल्मो की डील कर रहे थे। जब गहना वशिष्ठ को अरेस्ट किया गया तो उन्होंने उमेश कामत का नाम लिया। उमेश राज कुंद्रा के पूर्व पीए हैं। उमेश कामत ने पुलिस को राज कुंद्रा के इस रैकेट में शामिल होने के बारे में बताया।
