हरियाणा के खेल एवं युवा मामले मंत्री संदीप सिंह ने कहा कि प्रदेश के खिलाडिय़ों के लिए एक अच्छी खबर है। प्रदेश में खिलाडिय़ों को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए सरकार नियमित रुप से विभिन्न योजनाओं पर काम कर रही है। सरकार की तरफ से ओलम्पिक व पैरालम्पिक में चयन होने पर ही सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित 15 लाख रुपए की राशि में से एडवांस 5 लाख रुपए की राशि चयनित खिलाड़ी को दे दी जाएगी और बाकी शेष राशि बाद में नियमानुसार जारी कर दी जाएगी। खेल विभाग की मांग पर मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल द्वारा योजना को मंजूरी दिए जाने के बाद से 2021 में होने वाले ओलंपिक की तैयारी कर रहे खिलाडिय़ों में भी भारी उत्साह है।

खेल एवं युवा मामले मंत्री संदीप सिंह ने शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इससे पहले ओलंपिक व पैरालंपिक्स खेलने के बाद खिलाडिय़ों 15 लाख रुपए की प्रोत्साहन राशि सरकार द्वारा दी जाती थी। जबकि ओलंपिक व पैरालंपिक्स की तैयारी कर रहे खिलाडिय़ों को प्रोत्साहन राशि की तैयारी के समय बेहद जरूरत होती है। ऐसे समय में तैयारी के लिए खिलाड़ी को डाइट व अन्य कई तरह के सामान की जरूरत होती है। जिस पर बेहद खर्च आता है। खिलाडिय़ों की इसी समस्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने खेल विभाग की मांग पर ओलंपिक व पैरालंपिक्स में क्वालीफाई करने वाले खिलाडिय़ों को पांच लाख रुपये एडवांस प्रोत्साहन राशि के रूप में देने की योजना को स्वीकृति दी है। जबकि बकाया राशि उन्हें ओलंपिक खेलने के बाद उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी। खेलमंत्री ने कहा कि अगले वर्ष होने वाले खेलो इंडिया से पहले सरकार खिलाडिय़ों के लिए कई अन्य नई योजनाएं लाने जा रही है। जिनसे हजारों खिलाडिय़ों को अपना भविष्य संवारने में मदद मिलेगी।

खेलमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश के खिलाड़ी अपने आपको ओलम्पिक व पैरालम्पिक के लिए तैयार कर ले और जमकर अभ्यास करना शुरु कर दें ताकि अपनी योग्यता के आधार पर चयनित हो सके। सभी खिलाड़ी ओलम्पिक व पैरालम्पिक की तैयारी के दौरान कोविड-19 की गाईडलाईंस के अनुसार सोशल डिस्टैंस को जहन में रखेंगे, मास्क का प्रयोग करेंगे और हाथों को बार-बार साबुन से धोने के साथ-साथ सेनिटाईज का भी प्रयोग करेंगे। प्रदेश के खिलाड़ी देश की धरोहर है, इसलिए खिलाडिय़ों की सुरक्षा प्रथम कर्तव्य है। सरकार की तरफ से ओलम्पिक में भाग लेने वाले खिलाड़ी को 15 लाख रुपए की राशि दी जाती है। सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि खिलाड़ी का ओलम्पिक व पैरालम्पिक के लिए चयन होते ही 5 लाख की राशि एडवांस में तुरंत जारी कर दी जाएगी। इस प्रकार खिलाड़ी का नाम ओलम्पिक व पैरालम्पिक की सूचि में आते ही 5 लाख रुपए की राशि तैयारी के लिए एडवांस में ही मिल जाएगी। सरकार ने खिलाडिय़ों के हित को जहन में रखते हुए यह फैसला लिया है।
ओलम्पिक खेलों में पदक हासिल करने वालों को मिलेगी करोड़ों रुपए की राशि
खेलमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार की तरफ से ओलम्पिक खेलों में पदक हासिल करने वालों के लिए करोड़ों रुपए की राशि पदक अनुसार तय की है। सरकार की खेल नीति के अनुसार ओलम्पिक में गोल्ड पदक जितने पर 6 करोड़ रुपए, सिल्वर पदक जीतने पर 4 करोड़ रुपए, कांस्य पदक जितने पर ढाई करोड़ रुपए और भागीदारी पर 15 लाख रुपए की राशि तय की है। इस भागीदारी राशि में से ही 5 लाख की एडवांस राशि खिलाड़ी का नाम ओलम्पिक व पैरालम्पिक के लिए तय होते जारी कर दी जाएगी।
कल्याणकारी योजनाओं हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन
उन्होंने कहा कि खेल एवं युवा मामले विभाग द्वारा खिलाडियों के लिए चलाई जा रही विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए वेब पोर्टल बनाया जा रहा है। इससे खिलाड़ी स्कॉलरशिप, स्टाइपैंड तथा कैश अवार्ड के लिए भी आवेदन कर सकेंगे। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से टूर्नामेंट मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम, रिसोर्स मैपिंग सिस्टम, इन्वेंटरी मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम जैसी अनेक सुविधाएं प्राप्त हो सकेंगी। प्रदेश में लॉकडाउन के दौरान खिलाडियों को व्हाट्सएप, फेसबुक तथा यू-टयूब के माध्यम से उनकी कमजोरियों के सुधार के लिए प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि खेलो इंडिया कार्यक्रम के तहत हरियाणा ने हमेशा अच्छा प्रर्दशन किया है। वर्ष 2017 मेें प्रदेश ओवरआल चैम्पियन तथा वर्ष 2018 व 2019 में द्वितीय स्थान पर रहा और आशा है कि प्रदेश खेलों में आगे भी अपना बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन जारी रखेगा।
