नई रेल लाइन से यात्रियों को लाभ मिलेगा: सांसद कौशिक
सांसद ने हरियाणा ऑर्बिटल रेल कॉरीडोर परियोजना को मंजूरी के लिए प्रधानमंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री व रेल मंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया

केंद्र सरकार द्वारा हरियाणा ऑर्बिटल रेल कॉरीडोर परियोजना को मंजूरी दिए जाने पर सांसद रमेश कौशिक ने विशेष रूप से प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, रेल मंत्री और हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल का भी आभार व्यक्त किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र ने हरियाणा को यह रेलवे नेटवर्क की बड़ी सौगात प्रदान की है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह राजधानी दिल्ली के लिए भी लाभकारी परियोजना सिद्ध होगी। इससे राजधानी के यातायात को डायवर्जन मिलेगा। साथ ही दिल्ली सहित राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में भीड़ में भी कमी आएगी।
सांसद ने कहा कि नई रेल लाइन की शुरुआत पलवल से की जाएगी तथा सोनीपत में हरसाना कलां स्टेशन पर खत्म होगी। सोनीपत, पलवल, नूंह तथा झज्जर और गुरूग्राम जिलों को लाभ मिलेगा। रेल लाइन की कुल लंबाई करीब 121.7 किलोमीटर की है। निर्माण कार्य हरियाणा रेल बुनियादी ढांचा विकास निगम लि. (एचआरआईडीसी) के द्वारा किया जाएगा। यह रेल लाइन वेस्टर्न पैरिफेरल एक्सप्रेस-वे कुंडली-मानेसर-पलवल के साथ किया जाएगा। इस परियोजना के निर्माण पर लगभग 5617 करोड़ रूपये की अनुमानित लागत आएगी।
हरियाणा ऑर्बिटल रेल कॉरीडोर परियोजना को मंजूरी से अति उत्साहित सांसद रमेश कौशिक ने कहा कि हरियाणा विकास के नये पथ पर आगे बढ़ रहा है, जिसमें केंद्र हर संभव सहयोग प्रदान कर रहा है। वे लगातार प्रयासरत रहते हैं कि खासतौर से सोनीपत संसदीय क्षेत्र को केंद्रीय योजनाओं का लाभ मिले। गन्नौर में रेल कोच फैक्टरी का निर्माण कार्य तीव्र गति से जारी है। आधा दर्जन से अधिक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग मिले हैं। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-44 का निर्माण कार्य पुन: प्रारंभ करवाया गया है।
