बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम (बीएमसी) ने गुरुवार को नवरात्रि समारोह के लिए दिशानिर्देश और मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) जारी की। जारी आधिकारिक नोटिस के अनुसार मूर्तियों की लंबाई केवल 2 या 4 फीट होनी चाहिए और मंडलों को पूर्व अनुमति लेनी होगी।
मुंबई: बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम (बीएमसी) ने गुरुवार को नवरात्रि समारोह के लिए दिशानिर्देश और मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) जारी की। जारी आधिकारिक नोटिस के अनुसार मूर्तियों की लंबाई केवल 2 या 4 फीट होनी चाहिए और मंडलों को पूर्व अनुमति लेनी होगी। मंडपों को दिन में तीन बार साफ किया जाना चाहिए और किसी भी फूल और मिठाई की अनुमति नहीं होगी। मंडप और मास्क में पांच से अधिक लोगों को जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग अनिवार्य होगी।
ऑनलाइन दर्शन को प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है लेकिन कोविड सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल के साथ भौतिक दर्शन की अनुमति दी जाएगी। अधिकारियों ने पीटीआई-भाषा को बताया कि त्योहार के दौरान किसी भी तरह के ‘गरबा’ कार्यक्रम की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। गरबा गुजरात का एक लोकप्रिय लोक नृत्य है जो नवरात्रि उत्सव के दौरान भक्तों द्वारा किया जाता है।

घरेलू मूर्तियों का विसर्जन भक्तों द्वारा घरों में किया जाना चाहिए, यदि उनके लिए नागरिक निकाय द्वारा स्थापित निकटतम विसर्जन बिंदु पर जाना संभव नहीं है। पारिवारिक प्रतिमाओं के विसर्जन में केवल पांच लोग और सामुदायिक समूहों द्वारा स्थापित प्रतिमाओं में 10 श्रद्धालु शामिल हो सकते हैं। अधिकारी ने कहा कि दोनों ही मामलों में, विसर्जन में भाग लेने वाले लोगों को कोरोनावायरस के खिलाफ पूरी तरह से टीका लगाया जाना चाहिए। लोगों को मूर्तियों को जलमग्न करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी, जिसे विसर्जन स्थलों पर बीएमसी अधिकारियों को सौंपना होगा।
नोटिस आने के एक दिन बाद दिल्ली ने रामलीला समारोहों सहित, आगामी त्योहारों के मौसम में कोविड के मानदंडों के सख्त अनुपालन के साथ सभाओं की अनुमति दी। उपराज्यपाल अनिल बैजल की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया। बैजल ने बैठक के बाद ट्वीट किया, “विशेषज्ञों के साथ विस्तृत चर्चा के बाद, विशेष रूप से आगामी त्योहारी सीजन के मद्देनजर कोविड-उपयुक्त व्यवहार (सीएबी) का सख्ती से पालन करने और लागू करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया गया।”
मुंबई ने 458 नए कोरोनोवायरस मामलों की सूचना दी और सात मौतें इसके संचयी मामले को 7,42,996 और टोल 16,110 तक ले गईं। वर्तमान में शहर में एक भी कोविड-19 नियंत्रण क्षेत्र नहीं है, जबकि संक्रमण को फैलने से रोकने के लिए जिन इमारतों को सील किया गया है, उनकी संख्या 46 है।
