नई दिल्ली: राज्यसभा के सभापति वेंकैया नायडू द्वारा 12 सांसदों के निलंबन को रद्द करने से इनकार करने के बाद कांग्रेस और तृणमूल कांग्रेस सहित विपक्षी सदस्यों ने संसद के ऊपरी सदन से बहिर्गमन किया। कांग्रेस, द्रमुक और नेशनल कांफ्रेंस के लोकसभा सांसदों ने भी लोकसभा से वाकआउट किया।

प्रस्ताव को आगे बढ़ाना, और इसे अपनाना सदस्यों के निलंबन के संबंध में प्रक्रिया का घोर उल्लंघन है, जो नियम 256 के तहत प्रदान किया गया है। हमारी परंपराओं के अनुसार, यदि कोई सदस्य व्यवस्था का मुद्दा उठाना चाहता है, तो उसे कुर्सी से आदेश का मुद्दा उठाने की अनुमति देनी होगी। इसके अलावा, जब एलओपी उठाने के लिए कह रहा है, तो उसे अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए, लेकिन मैं था अनुमति नहीं है,” उन्होंने कहा।

राज्यसभा के सभापति वेंकैया नायडू ने कहा, “राज्य सभा के सभापति को कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार है और सदन भी कार्रवाई कर सकता है।” उन्होंने निराशा व्यक्त की क्योंकि राजनीतिक दलों के विरोध के बीच उच्च सदन की कार्यवाही का संचालन करना पड़ा। उन्होंने कहा, “पिछले मानसून सत्र का कड़वा अनुभव अभी भी हम में से अधिकांश लोगों को परेशान करता है। मैं उम्मीद कर रहा था और पिछले सत्र में जो हुआ, उस पर नाराजगी व्यक्त करने के लिए सदन के प्रमुख नेताओं के नेतृत्व की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा था। नायडू ने कहा, “सांसदों के खिलाफ इस तरह की कार्रवाई से मैं खुश नहीं हूं।
