फरीदाबाद नगर निगम : खोरी गांव का मामला अभी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबित,फिर भी प्रशासन तोडफोड करने पर अमादा-सांसद डा गुप्ता
फरीदाबाद नगर निगम द्वारा बीते शुक्रवार को सूरजकुंड क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले खोरी गांव में तोड़फोड़ की कार्रवाई की हम कडी निंदा करते है। यहां करीब 10 हजार कच्चे-पक्के मकान ढहाए गए। इसके अलावा यहां एक धार्मिक स्थल को भी तोड़ दिया गया, जो कि बेहद निदंनीय है। यह कहना है आम आदमी पार्टीे हरियाणा सहप्रभारी एवं सांसद डा गुप्ता का।

एसएस न्यूज. खोरी फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद नगर निगम द्वारा बीते शुक्रवार को सूरजकुंड क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले खोरी गांव में तोड़फोड़ की कार्रवाई की हम कडी निंदा करते है। यहां करीब 10 हजार कच्चे-पक्के मकान ढहाए गए। इसके अलावा यहां एक धार्मिक स्थल को भी तोड़ दिया गया, जो कि बेहद निदंनीय है। यह कहना है आम आदमी पार्टीे हरियाणा सहप्रभारी एवं सांसद डा गुप्ता का। डा सुशील गुप्ता ने कहा कि खोरी गांव में 1970 से लोग बसे हुए है। यहां पर सरकार ने बिजली, पानी तथा अन्य सुविधाएं भी मुहैया करवाई हुई है। लेकिन अचानक क्या हो गया कि वह इस गांव मंे बसे 50-60 हजार लोगों को उजाडने में लग गए है।

डा सुशील गुप्ता ने कहा हरियाणा की भाजपा सरकार कहती है कि वह किसी भी बस्ती को नहीं उजाडेंगे, दूसरी तरफ फरीदाबाद के इस खोरी गांव को उजाडने में अमादा है। यहीं नहीं वह कहते आए है कि किसी को भी उजाडने से पूर्व उनको स्थानीय पुनर्वास मुहैया करवाया जाएगा। लेकिन यहां उनका यह नियम लागू नहीं होता, ऐसा क्यों! हरियाणा सरकार ने मजदूरों के पुनर्वास हेतु 2003 में लागू की गई रिहैबिलिटेशन पॉलिसी में बदलाव करके 2015 तक बसे लोगों को पुनर्वास प्रदान करने की योजना की बात कही थी।

उन्होंने कहा कि फरीदाबाद नगर निगम के संयुक्त आयुक्त प्रशांत अटकान का बयान मीडिया में आया है कि यहां लोगों ने जमीन खरीदकर मकान बनाए है, यह बात खोरी गांव के निवासियों ने ही उनको बताई थी, कि कई वर्ष पहले आसपास के एक गांव के डीलर से पांच हजार प्रति गज जमीन खरीदी है। सरकार डीलरों पर तो कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कर रही, बल्कि अपना सबकुछ बेचकर आशियाना बनाने वालों को उजाडने में लगी है। यहां बिजली, पानी की आपूर्ति की जाती है।

खोरी गांव निवासी पिछले दिनों नगर निगम द्वारा की गई तोफोड के विरोध में लोगों ने सेक्टर बाहर में लघु सचिवालय के बाहर प्रदर्शन किया। इसमें महिला और बच्चे भी शामिल थे। लोगों का कहना है कि निगम की कार्रवाई गलत है।जबकि खाोरी का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबित है फिर नगर निगम कोर्ट के अंतिम आदेश के बिना भला कैसे इतना बड़ा निर्णय स्वयं के बल पर ले लिया। यह मानवाधिकारों का घोर उल्लंघन है और नगर निगम के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ तत्काल कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए तथा तोडफोड को रोका जाना चाहिए तथा उनके पुर्नवास की व्यवस्था की जानी चाहिए। इस दौरान आम आदमी पार्टी के जिला अध्यक्ष धर्मवीर भडाना, बडखल विधानसभा अध्यक्ष तेजवंत सिंह बिटटू भी मौजूद रहे।
