मलेरिया दिवस: जिला मलेरिया कार्यालय में मनाया गया मलेरिया दिवस
जिला मलेरिया अधिकारी डा. सुदेश कुमार सहोता कहा कि गत्त दिवस कार्यालय में मलेरिया दिवस मनाया गया। इस दौरान कार्यालय के स्टाफ को निर्देश दिए गए कि जहां भी जल भराव की स्थिति हो वहां एंटी लारवा गतिविधियों करे व मच्छर जनित रोगों के नियंत्रण व रोकथाम हेतू लोगों को घर-घर जाकर जागरुक करे।
एसएस न्यूज.कुरुक्षेत्र। जिला मलेरिया अधिकारी डा. सुदेश कुमार सहोता कहा कि गत्त दिवस कार्यालय में मलेरिया दिवस मनाया गया। इस दौरान कार्यालय के स्टाफ को निर्देश दिए गए कि जहां भी जल भराव की स्थिति हो वहां एंटी लारवा गतिविधियों करे व मच्छर जनित रोगों के नियंत्रण व रोकथाम हेतू लोगों को घर-घर जाकर जागरुक करे। आमजन कहीं भी जल भराव की स्थिति उत्पन्न न होने दे, यदि कहीं जल भराव की स्थिति है तो वहां पर काला तेल डालकर मच्छर के लारवा को खत्म करने का प्रयास करे। पूरी बाजू के कपड़े पहने, मच्छर दानी का प्रयोग करे, सप्ताह में एक दिन सूख दिवस (ड्राई डे) मनाएं, सप्ताह में एक दिन कूलरों, टंकियों, हौदियों, पशु-पक्षियों के बर्तनों को धोकर व सुखाकर प्रयोग करे ताकि लारवा न पनप सके।

उन्होंने कि कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिए गए है कि जिन घरों, दफ्तरों, दुकानों आदि में लारवा मिले उन्हे चेतावनी दी जाए। इसके साथ-साथ सीएचसी व पीएचसी पर भी विश्व मलेरिया दिवस मनाया गया। कुरुक्षेत्र जिला मलेरिया उन्नमूलन की ओर तेजी से अग्रसर है। इस साल जिला में अब तक एक भी मलेरिया का रोगी नहीं पाया गया है। इस दौरान स्टाफ को कैसलैस कार्ड व पहचान पत्र भी वितरित किए गए। इस मौके पर पीएचसी कृष्णा नगर गामड़ी के चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा. प्रदीप कुमार ने भी कर्मचारियों से जानकारी को सांझा किया है।
