महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा अध्यक्ष चुनाव: भाजपा के राहुल नार्वेकर चुने गए महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा अध्यक्ष
फरवरी 2021 में कांग्रेस के नाना पटोले ने अपनी पार्टी की राज्य इकाई के अध्यक्ष बनने के लिए इस्तीफा दे दिया, विधानसभा अध्यक्ष का पद खाली हो गया है। कार्यवाहक अध्यक्ष जबकि अध्यक्ष की अनुपस्थिति में उपाध्यक्ष नरहरि जिरवाल थे।
महाराष्ट्र/जीजेडी न्यूज: समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई ने बताया कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी के विधायक राहुल नार्वेकर को रविवार को 140 से अधिक मतों के साथ महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा के नए अध्यक्ष के रूप में चुना गया है। इससे पहले शुक्रवार को नार्वेकर ने महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा अध्यक्ष पद के चुनाव के लिए पार्टी के उम्मीदवार के रूप में अपना नामांकन दाखिल किया।

राज्य में हाल के घटनाक्रमों को देखते हुए, विधानसभा अध्यक्ष का चुनाव अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण था। कानूनी जानकारों के मुताबिक विधानसभा अध्यक्ष नव-स्थापित मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे समेत 16 बागी विधायकों के खिलाफ अयोग्यता के आरोपों को हटाने का फैसला कर सकते हैं। डिप्टी स्पीकर नरहरि जिरवाल ने उन्हें पिछले महीने अयोग्यता अधिसूचना भेजी थी।
सोमवार को विधायक एकनाथ शिंदे प्रशासन की परीक्षा लेंगे। शिवसेना के 39 असंतुष्टों समेत असम से लौटने के बाद गोवा के एक होटल में ठहरे 50 विधायकों के साथ शिंदे कल रात मुंबई पहुंचे। शिवसेना प्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे ने “पार्टी विरोधी कार्रवाइयों” में शामिल होने के लिए शुक्रवार को शिंदे को पार्टी नेता के पद से हटा दिया।
कौन हैं राहुल नार्वेकर?
दक्षिण मुंबई का कोलाबा पड़ोस वह जगह है जहां नार्वेकर का जन्म और पालन-पोषण हुआ था। मकरंद नाम का कोलाबा नगरसेवक उसका भाई है। नार्वेकर, प्रमुख राकांपा नेता रामराजे नाइक-निंबालकर के दामाद हैं।
अपने शुरुआती वर्षों में, उन्होंने शिवसेना के प्रवक्ता के युवा विंग के रूप में कार्य किया। 2014 में उन्हें पार्टी छोड़कर राकांपा में शामिल होते देखा गया। नार्वेकर ने कहा कि उद्धव ठाकरे (पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेताओं) ने कथित दुर्गमता के कारण शिवसेना छोड़ी। 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव में शिवसेना उम्मीदवार श्रीरंग अप्पा बार्ने ने मावल से राहुल नार्वेकर को हराया था।
2019 के महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले, कोलाबा के मूल निवासी नार्वेकर ने भाजपा का दामन थाम लिया। उन्होंने कोलाबा विधानसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस के अशोक जगताप को हराकर जीत हासिल की।
