गुरुवार को महाराणा प्रताप जयंती अवसर पर लॉकडाउन की स्थिति में सामान्य अस्पताल के सामने स्थित महापुरुष की प्रतिमा पर पुष्प अर्पित किया। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि महाराणा प्रताप जीवन पर्यंत राष्ट्र की एकजुटता तथा राष्ट्र विरोधियों का मुकाबला करते रहे। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने प्रदेश में महापुरुषों की जयंती मनाने की परंपरा शुरू की। उन्होंने कहा कि लॉकडाउन की स्थिति में हमें मन की दूरी को खत्म करते हुए सबसे सम्पर्क बनाकर रखना है, ताकि एक-दूसरे की जरूरत की घड़ी में काम आ सकें। उन्होंने सबसे आह्वान किया कि अनावश्यक घर से बाहर न जाएं तथा मास्क और आवश्यक अनुमति के साथ ही यात्रा करें। इस मौके पर महाराणा प्रताप युवा राजपूत सभा के प्रधान अजीत सिंह, कोषाध्यक्ष ओमप्रकाश एवं सदस्य संजय मौजूद रहे।
