लखीमपुर हिंसा मामला: इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने लखीमपुर हिंसा मामले में आशीष मिश्रा को दी जमानत

नई दिल्ली जीजेडी न्यूज ब्यूरो): इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने लखीमपुर खीरी हिंसा मामले में गृह राज्य मंत्री अजय मिश्रा के बेटे आशीष मिश्रा को जमानत दे दी है. लखीमपुर खीरी के तिकुनिया थाना क्षेत्र के तहत तीन अक्टूबर को हुई हिंसा में आठ लोगों की जान लेने का दावा करने वाले आशीष मिश्रा मुख्य आरोपी हैं। उसे 9 अक्टूबर को गिरफ्तार किया गया था और वह जेल में है।
निचली अदालत द्वारा जमानत याचिका खारिज होने के बाद आशीष मिश्रा ‘तेनी’ इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय चले गए थे। न्यायमूर्ति राजीव सिंह की पीठ ने 18 जनवरी, 2022 को उनकी याचिका पर सुनवाई की और अपना आदेश सुरक्षित रख लिया जिसकी घोषणा आज की गई। विशेष जांच (एसआईटी) द्वारा दायर आरोपपत्र में आशीष मिश्रा को मुख्य आरोपी घोषित किया गया था। यह फैसला उस दिन आया है जब उत्तर प्रदेश में पहले चरण का मतदान शुरू हुआ था।

कल एएनआई के साथ एक साक्षात्कार में, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भी पहली बार लखीमपुर की घटना पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की थी और कहा था कि योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार जांच में “पारदर्शी रूप से काम कर रही है”।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, ‘सुप्रीम कोर्ट जिस भी जज के लिए जांच के लिए चाहता था, उसके लिए राज्य सरकार ने अपनी सहमति दे दी थी। राज्य सरकार पारदर्शी तरीके से काम कर रही है।
