लाल और पीले रंग से शरीरमें उष्णता निर्माण होती है, तो हरे और नीले रंगसे शीतलता। लौलक से देखने पर आँखो का रंग लाल , चमड़ी का रंग जामुनी, नाक का रंग हरा, जबान का रंग नारंगी और कान का रंग आसमानी नजर आयेगा। रूप, रस, गंध, आवाज और स्पर्श का अनुभव हमें इन ज्ञानेंद्रियों से ही होता हैं और इसका मूल यह सात विश्वव्यापी रंग है।
इसी के साथ मानव शरीर पर होने वाले रंगों का असर और रंगों का संबंध ब्रम्हांड सात रंग इंद्र धनुष और अपना शरीर कैसे जुड़ा है। ये हमने देखा। इसीलिए कहावत है, “इति पिंडी तिथि ब्रम्हांडी“ आगे हम रत्न और आयुर्वेद के बरे में चर्चा करेंगे।
