देश की राजधानी दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने भारतीय लीजेंड फ़्लाइंग सिख के नाम से मशहूर फर्राटा धावक मिल्खा सिंह जी के निधन पर शनिवार को शोक व्यक्त किया और कहा कि उनका जीवन हर भारतीय को प्रेरणा देता रहेगा।
एसएस न्यूज.नई दिल्ली। देश की राजधानी दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने भारतीय लीजेंड फ़्लाइंग सिख के नाम से मशहूर फर्राटा धावक मिल्खा सिंह जी के निधन पर शनिवार को शोक व्यक्त किया और कहा कि उनका जीवन हर भारतीय को प्रेरणा देता रहेगा।
कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण से एक महीने तक जूझने के बाद मिल्खा सिंह का शु्क्रवार रात निधन हो गया। वह 91 साल के थे। 13 जून को उनकी पत्नी और भारतीय वॉलीबॉल टीम की पूर्व कप्तान निर्मल कौर का भी कोरोना बीमारी के कारण निधन हो गया था।
अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने ट्वीट किया, ”पूरे विश्व में भारत का नाम ऊंचा करने वाले फ्लाइंग सिख मिल्खा सिंह जी का निधन एक गौरवपूर्ण अध्याय का अंत है। उनका जीवन हर भारतवासी को सपने देखना और पूरी मेहनत से उन्हें पूरा करने की प्रेरणा देता रहेगा। वे हम सबके दिलों में हमेशा अमर रहेंगे।
