नई दिल्ली: जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री गुलाम नबी आजाद ने हैदरपोरा मुठभेड़ की न्यायिक जांच की मांग की। आजाद ने गुरुवार को बात करते हुए कहा, “मैं हैदरपोरा मुठभेड़ की न्यायिक जांच की मांग करता हूं ताकि यह पता लगाया जा सके कि लोग कैसे और क्यों मारे गए। यह पुलिस का मामला है, न कि सेना का। उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश के अधीन जांच होनी चाहिए।

हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, दोनों मृतक भट और गुल के शवों को पुलिस ने हैदरपोरा से 70 किलोमीटर दूर हंदवाड़ा में उनके परिवार के सदस्यों की अनुपस्थिति में दफनाया था। उन्होंने बुधवार को श्रीनगर में प्रेस एन्क्लेव के सामने इसका विरोध किया था, जहां उन्होंने एक दिवसीय धरना प्रदर्शन किया और मोमबत्ती की रोशनी में जागरण किया। परिवार के विरोध के बीच, जम्मू-कश्मीर प्रशासन ने गुरुवार देर रात दोनों नागरिकों के शव निकाले।
