नई दिल्ली: सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा नियुक्त समिति के सदस्य अनिल घनवत ने सोमवार को कहा कि अगर फसलों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) की गारंटी के लिए कानून बनाया जाता है तो भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था को संकट का सामना करना पड़ेगा। अगर कोई कानून (एमएसपी पर) बनने जा रहा है, तो हम (भारत) एक संकट का सामना करेंगे। कानून के साथ, अगर किसी दिन (खरीद) प्रक्रिया कम हो जाती है, तो कोई भी इसे खरीद के रूप में नहीं खरीद पाएगा। एमएसपी से कम कीमत अवैध होगी और उन्हें (व्यापारी) इसके लिए जेलों में डाल दिया जाएगा, ”श्री घनवत ने एएनआई को बताया।

घनवंत ने एएनआई को बताया कि भले ही नए कानून पेश किए गए थे लेकिन ये सही नहीं थे, कुछ खामियों को ठीक करने की जरूरत थी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस सरकार में सुधार लाने की इच्छाशक्ति है क्योंकि पिछली सरकारों में राजनीतिक इच्छाशक्ति नहीं थी। उन्होंने कहा, “मुझे उम्मीद है कि सभी राज्यों के विपक्षी नेताओं और कृषि नेताओं की एक और समिति बनाई जाएगी और फिर संसद में नए कृषि कानूनों पर चर्चा की जाएगी और इसे पेश किया जाना चाहिए।
