फिट इंडिया फ्रीडम रन-2020 (Fit India Freedom Run-2020) के तहत केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल के ग्रुप केंद्र खेवड़ा में बुधवार को मैराथन सात किलोमीटर दौड़ सुखजीत कौर ग्रेवाल ने मैराथन में अधिकारियों कार्मिकों के साथ उनके बच्चों परिजनों ने दौड़ लगाई।
ग्रूप केंद्र के पारिवारिक आवास में रहने वाली महिलाओं और बच्चों ने मैराथन में कोविड-19 से बचाव के निर्देशों की अनुपालना के साथ हिस्सा लिया। क्षेत्रीय कावा अध्यक्ष सुखजीत कौर ग्रेवाल ने कहा कि हम स्वस्थ तो हमारा देश स्वस्थ का नारा दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि बदलते मौसम में विशेष सावधानी बरतने की आवश्यकता है। यदि हम नियमित रूप से योग अथवा दौड़ लगायें तो अपने शरीर को स्वस्थ रख सकते हैं। अच्छे स्वास्थ्य के लिए व्यायाम जरूरी है। खेलों के माध्यम से भी हम अच्छा स्वास्थ्य प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस से बचाव के लिए हमें घर से बाहर निकलते समय अनिवार्य रूप से मास्क व सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग की अनुपालना करनी चाहिए। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जारी सभी निर्देशों की अनुपालना ईमानदारी से करनी चाहिए।
