हरियाणा पंजाबी संस्कृति संघ की टीम प्रदेश अध्यक्ष हरीश चन्द्र आज़ाद ने नेतृत्व में हांसी के विधायक माननीय विनोद भ्याना के निवास स्थान पर उनसे मिली और उन्हे यह ज्ञापन सौंपा कि पंजाबी समाज को रिफूज़ी व पाकिस्तानी कहने को अपराध के दायरे में लाया जाये और एकजुट होकर सभी पंजाबी विधायक हरियाणा पंजाबी संस्कृति संघ की इस माँग को विधानसभा में ऊठायें I

उन्होने कहा कि हमारी इस आवाज़ को जींद के विधायक कृष्ण मिढ़ा जी ने अभी विधानसभा में ऊठाया था जिसमें हम चाहते हैं कि अगले विधानसभा सत्र में जोकि दिंसबर में होगा सभी मिलकर ऊठायें। हरीश आजाद ने कहा कि पंजाबी समाज के सभी नेता हमारे पंजाबी रत्न हैं और इस कड़ी में हम आज हांसी के विधायक विनोद भ्याना जी को स्मृति चिन्ह देकर पंजाबी रत्न सम्मान से सम्मानित कर रहे हैं। विधायक विनोद भ्याना ने कहा कि पंजाबी समाज पुरूषार्थी समाज हे वह न तो रिफूज़ी है न पाकिस्तानी इसलिये मैं वादा करता हूँ कि अपनी कौम की इस आवाज़ को विधानसभा में सभी पंजाबी विधायकों के साथ मिलकर ऊठायेगें ।
