बिल भुगतान : बिजली निगम ने बिल भुगतान की तिथि बढाकर 3 जून की
हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा लगाए गए लॉकडाउन को देखते हुए बिजली निगम द्वारा सभी श्रेणी के बिजली उपभोक्ताओं के लिए बिना सरचार्ज के बिल भुगतान की तिथि को आगे बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है।
एसएस न्यूज.सोनीपत। हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा लगाए गए लॉकडाउन को देखते हुए बिजली निगम द्वारा सभी श्रेणी के बिजली उपभोक्ताओं के लिए बिना सरचार्ज के बिल भुगतान की तिथि को आगे बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है।
बिना लेट पेमेंट सरचार्ज लगाए 3 जून तक अपने बिलों का कर सकेंगे भुगतान
बिजली निगम के ग्रामीण एसडीओ सुनील कादियान ने बताया कि निगम के निर्णय से जिन उपभोक्ताओं के बिजली बिलों के भुगतान की तिथि 3 से 24 मई तक आती है, वे अब बिना लेट पेमेंट सरचार्ज लगाए 3 जून तक अपने बिलों का भुगतान कर सकेंगे। उपभोक्ताओं की सुविधा को लेकर बिल भुगतान के ऑनलाइन तरीकों को बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं। उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम द्वारा कोरोना महामारी के कारण लॉकडाउन की स्थिति को देखते हुए काफी सुविधा दी है। उपभोक्ता बिजली से संबंधित किसी भी समस्या के समाधान के लिए बिजली विभाग के टोल फ्री नंबर 1912 व 18001801550 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा ऑनलाइन बिजली बिल के भुगतान के लिए उपभोक्ता 7087019636 पर मिस्ड कॉल करके बिजली संबंधी जानकारी हासिल कर सकते हैं।
