कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग के मंत्री जयप्रकाश दलाल ने कहा कि भाजपा को मौका दें तो यहां की तस्वीर बदल देंगे। पहले की सरकारों ने किसानों की आंखों में केवल धूल झोंकने का काम किया है। किसानों को बहका कर उनकी वोटाें पर कब्जा किया है। किसानों की वास्तविक हितैषी तो भाजपा सरकार है। प्रदेश सरकार बरोदा में जहां आइएमटी स्थापित करेगी, वहीं हैफेड की राइस मिल स्थापित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इन दोनों परियोजनाओं के लिए सरकार ने सिद्धांतिक मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है। जनता कॉलेज को अपग्रेड कर विश्वविद्यालय बनाया जाएगा।
मंत्री जेपी दलाल ने बनवासा में बोल रहे थे। मजाकिया अंदाज में लोगों से कहा कि थमनै आज तक एक बार भी भाजपा आल्या की खीर नहीं खाई है, थम एक बारी म्हारी खीर खा कै तो देखो जै ना पसंद आवे तो 4 साल पाच्छै फैंक दियो।
दलाल ने कहा कि लोकतंत्र में असली मालिक जनता होती है। दलाल ने बरोदा के लोगों से अपील की कि एक बार भाजपा को मौका देकर देखें, यहां की तस्वीर बदल जाएगी। गांव बरोदा, बनवासा व धनाना में ग्रामीणों से रुबरु हुए। इनके सोनीपत से सांसद रमेश कौशिक, राई क्षेत्र से विधायक व जिलाध्यक्ष मोहन लाल बड़ौली थे।
मंत्री दलाल ने कहा कि तीनों अध्यादेश लागू होने पर प्रदेश का किसान और अधिक खुशहाल व उन्नत होगा। अध्यादेशों में किसानों को अपनी फसल बिक्री के लिए छूट दी गई है, न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य कम नहीं होगा। अनुबंध खेती में ई-रजिस्ट्री में सारा लेखा-जोखा होगा। अनुबंध करने वाला व्यवसायी अपनी शर्तों से भाग नहीं सकेगा। कोई भी व्यवसायी अनुबंध खेती की आड़ में किसानों की जमीन नहीं ले सकेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि नए विधेयक कृषि क्षेत्र में केंद्र सरकार का क्रांतिकारी कदम है। देश के किसान के लिए उत्पाद बेचने को अन्य विकल्पों का प्रावधान किया है, जो वास्तव में किसानों को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत करने का काम करेगा। पूंजीपति किसान का शोषण करता था, इन विधेयकों से किसानों को उस शोषण से मुक्ति मिलेगी। विधेयक लागू होने के बाद किसान की किस्मत बदलने वाली है।
