नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: रांची की एक विशेष सीबीआई अदालत ने डोरंडा कोषागार मामले में बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (राजद) प्रमुख लालू प्रसाद यादव को दोषी ठहराया है। अदालत 21 फरवरी को राजद सुप्रीमो लालू प्रसाद को सजा की मात्रा की घोषणा करेगी। मामले के 24 अन्य आरोपियों को अदालत ने बरी कर दिया है, जबकि पैंतीस अन्य को न्यायाधीश एस के शशि ने तीन साल से कम की जेल की सजा सुनाई है। रांची डोरंडा कोषागार घोटाला डोरंडा कोषागार से 139.35 करोड़ रुपये की अवैध निकासी से संबंधित है, और यह देश का सबसे बड़ा चारा घोटाला है।

डोरंडा कोषागार मामले में लालू प्रसाद के साथ पूर्व सांसद जगदीश शर्मा, बिहार के तत्कालीन पशुपालन सचिव डॉ आर के राणा, बेक जूलियस और पशुपालन विभाग के सहायक निदेशक केएम प्रसाद आरोपी थे। लालू प्रसाद यादव को पहले के चार मामलों-दुमका, देवघर और चाईबासा कोषागार में सत्ताईस साल जेल की सजा सुनाई गई थी। हालांकि बाद में उन्हें सभी मामलों में पटना हाईकोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई।
950 करोड़ रुपये का चारा घोटाला बिहार के पशुपालन विभाग में हुआ था, जबकि राजद प्रमुख राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री थे। सीबीआई ने घोटाले की जांच के लिए 1996 में 53 अलग-अलग मामले दर्ज किए थे।
