लखनऊ के होटल में लगी आग: एलडीए, दमकल अधिकारी जांच रिपोर्ट में जिम्मेदार, सख्त कार्रवाई की सिफारिश
लखनऊ संभाग के आयुक्त और लखनऊ पुलिस आयुक्त ने संयुक्त जांच रिपोर्ट सौंपने से पहले मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से मुलाकात की।
लखनऊ/जीजेडी न्यूज: समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई ने कहा कि होटल लेवाना आग आपदा की जांच के लिए नियुक्त उच्च स्तरीय समिति ने शुक्रवार को राज्य प्रशासन को अपने निष्कर्ष सौंपे। लखनऊ संभाग के आयुक्त और लखनऊ पुलिस आयुक्त ने संयुक्त जांच रिपोर्ट सौंपने से पहले मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से मुलाकात की।
रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, जांच ने अक्षमता पर आग को जिम्मेदार ठहराया और इस घटना के लिए छह विभागों को जिम्मेदार ठहराया: लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण (एलडीए), लखनऊ विद्युत आपूर्ति प्रशासन (एलईएसए), जिला प्रशासन, अग्निशमन सेवा, लखनऊ नगर निगम और आबकारी विभाग।
जांच रिपोर्ट में आग के लिए जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों और इंजीनियरों का नाम लिया गया है। रिपोर्ट में एलडीए और दमकल विभाग के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ सजा की सिफारिश की गई है।
संयुक्त रिपोर्ट में लखनऊ में अवैध रूप से निर्मित होटलों की सूची भी शामिल है। इसने नियम तोड़ने वाले होटलों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का भी प्रस्ताव रखा।
लखनऊ के हजरतगंज इलाके के होटल लेवाना में सोमवार तड़के भीषण आग लग गई, जिसमें चार लोगों की मौत हो गई और दस अन्य घायल हो गए।
त्रासदी के बाद, उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने आयुक्त लखनऊ डिवीजन और पुलिस आयुक्त लखनऊ द्वारा होटल में आग के कारणों की संयुक्त जांच का निर्देश दिया।
लखनऊ पुलिस द्वारा प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने के बाद होटल लेवाना के मालिक और महाप्रबंधक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
“हमने होटल मालिकों रोहित, राहुल अग्रवाल और उनके महाप्रबंधक को हिरासत में लिया है। एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली गई है। पुलिस आयुक्त लखनऊ और संभागीय आयुक्त से मिलकर एक जांच समिति मामले की जांच करेगी, “पीयूष मोर्डिया, संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त, लखनऊ को एएनआई ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में उद्धृत किया था।
इसके अलावा दमकल विभाग के निरीक्षकों ने सोमवार को होटल में जांच कर आग लगने के कारणों का पता लगाया।
इस बीच लखनऊ प्रशासन ने आदेश दिया है कि होटल को सील कर तोड़ दिया जाए।
लखनऊ के लेवाना होटल को तोड़ा जाना है। लखनऊ मंडलायुक्त ने सील कर ध्वस्त करने के निर्देश दिए हैं. लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण (एलडीए) को होटल के स्वीकृत नक्शे की कोई प्रति नहीं दी गई थी, ”लखनऊ आयुक्त रोशन जैकब ने कहा।
