योग्यता
अगर आप फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट बनना चाहते हैं तो आप बीपीटी यानी बैचलर ऑफ फिजियोथेरेपी, एमपीटी यानी मास्टर ऑफ फिजियोथेरेपी कोर्स में दाखिला ले सकते हैं। आजकल गवर्नमेंट व प्राइवेट दोनों तरह के कॉलेज में फिजियोथेरेपी कोर्स संचालित किए जाते हैं। लेकिन अगर आप सरकारी कॉलेज में दाखिला लेना चाहते हैं तो पहले आपको स्टेट या सेंट्रल लेवल के एंट्रेंस एग्जाम पास करना होना। वहीं प्राइवेट कॉलेजों में डायरेक्ट और परीक्षा द्वारा दोनों ही तरह से एडमिशन लिया जाता है।

आजकल जिस तरह बीमारियां पैर पसार रही हैं, उसे देखते हुए फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट की मांग भी बढ़ती जा रही है। एक फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट विभिन्न अस्पतालों व क्लिनकि से लेकर, रिहैबिलिटेशन सेंटर, ओल्ड एज होम्स, हेल्थ सेंटर्स, नर्सिंग होम्स एंड डे सेंटर्स, स्पोर्ट्स क्लिनकि, क्लब, जिम सेंटर्स आदि में काम की तलाश कर सकते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त कुछ समय के अनुभव के बाद आप खुद का फिजियोथेरेपी सेंटर भी चला सकते हैं।
