दिल्ली पुलिस (Delhi Police) ने सिंघु बॉर्डर (Singhu Border) की रेड लाइट परबैठे जो किसान विरोध-प्रदर्शन कर रहे है (Farmers Protest) उन पर FIR दर्ज की गयी है। इसमें किसानों पर सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन न किये जाने का आरोप लगाते हुए महामारी एक्ट और अन्य धाराओं के तहत आरोप लगाए गए हैं।
जीजेडी न्यूज.नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली पुलिस (Delhi Police) ने सिंघु बॉर्डर (Singhu Border) की रेड लाइट परबैठे जो किसान विरोध-प्रदर्शन कर रहे है (Farmers Protest) उन पर FIR दर्ज की गयी है। इसमें किसानों पर सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन न किये जाने का आरोप लगाते हुए महामारी एक्ट और अन्य धाराओं के तहत आरोप लगाए गए हैं। ये किसान 29 नवम्बर को लामपुर बॉर्डर से जरिये जबरन दिल्ली की सीमा में घुस आए थे और सिंघु बॉर्डर की रेड लाइट पर धरने पर बैठ गए थे, तब से अब तक वहां किसान ऐसे ही रोड ब्लॉक करके बैठे हैं। 7 दिसम्बर को भी पुलिस ने अलीपुर के थाने में किसानों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की थी।
केंद्र सरकार के तीन नए कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ पिछले 15 दिनों से सिंघु बॉर्डर पर किसान लगातार विरोध-प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। किसानों के विरोध-प्रदर्शन आज 16वां दिन है। सरकार और किसान संगठनों के बीच अब तक पांच दौर की बातचीत हो चुकी है लेकिन ये सभी बैठके बेनतीजा रही हैं। अब किसान संगठनों ने 14 दिसंबर से देशभर में आंदोलन की चेतावनी दी है। 12 दिसंबर को दिल्ली -जयपुर हाईवे बंद करने और सभी टोल प्लाजा पर कब्जा करने का ऐलान किया है।

इन नए कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ पिछले कुछ महीनों से हजारों किसान आंदोलन कर रहे हैं और उन कानूनों को वापस लेने की मांग केंद्र सरकार से कर रहे हैं। किसानों को डर है कि नए कानून की आड़ में निजी क्षेत्र द्वारा उनकी फसलों को कम कीमत पर खरीदा जा सकता है। इसके अलावा न्यूनतम समर्थम मूल्य से भी किसानों को वंचित किया जा सकता है।
