कैम्प लोगो मे नई ऊर्जा भरने का काम करेंगे
जिला उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया इस तरह के कैम्प लोगो मे नई ऊर्जा भरने का काम करेंगे और उनकेे निर्देशानुसार शहर की संस्था संभार्य फाउंडेशन, सोनू नव चेतना फाउंडेशन, योगा ऑफ थे डे, जस्ट डांस कंपनी के सहयोग से 7 दिवसीय कैम्प की शुरुवात रेडक्रोस के सचिव विकास कुमार और सहायक सचिव बिजेंदर सौरोत की देख रेख में हुई। बिजेंदर सौरोत ने बताया आज योग सत्र में 35 लोग और जुम्बा में 38 लोगो ने भाग लिया और कुल लगभग 2200 लोग सत्र में शामिल हुए।
सत्र में थाइरोइड से संबंधित योग करवाया जाएगा
योग प्रशिक्षक सपना ने बताया कल के सत्र में थाइरोइड से संबंधित योग करवाया जाएगा। सचिव विकास कुमार ने बताया कि शनिवार से शुक्रवार सुबह 9:30 @sambharye.foundation पर योग प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा, शनिवार से प्रत्येक दिन 10 बजे से @sonunavchetnafoundation पर एरोबिक्स करवाया जाएगा और शनिवार, मंगलवार और गुरुवार को स्याम 5:30 @justdancecompany पर जुम्बा की क्लास दी जाएगा अन्य जानकारी के लिए संभार्य फॉउंडेशन के टोल फ्री नंबर 9050881888 पर सम्पर्क करें।
