जबरन लादी जा रही पॉलिसी के विरोध में बिजली कर्मियों ने किया विरोध प्रदर्शन
एचएसईबी वर्कर्स यूनियन ने प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में प्रान्तीय प्रधान बिजेन्दर बेनीवाल, महासचिव सुनील खटाना व मुख्य संगठनकर्ता महावीर पहलवान के आव्हान पर हरियाणा प्रदेश की सभी सबडिवीजन कार्यालयों पर प्रदेश के हजारों बिजली कर्मचारियों पर जबरन लादी जा रही।

एचएसईबी वर्कर्स यूनियन ने प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में प्रान्तीय प्रधान बिजेन्दर बेनीवाल, महासचिव सुनील खटाना व मुख्य संगठनकर्ता महावीर पहलवान के आव्हान पर हरियाणा प्रदेश की सभी सबडिवीजन कार्यालयों पर प्रदेश के हजारों बिजली कर्मचारियों पर जबरन लादी जा रही। इस पोलिसी की खिलाफत में पूरे प्रदेश सरकार की ऑनलाइन ट्रान्सफर पॉलिसी लागू करने में सरकार व बिजली निगम मैनेजमेंट की प्रक्रिया के खिलाफ जमकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया व निगम मैनेजमेंट की इस पॉलिसी के लागू होने से आम जनमानस के साथ साथ व कर्मचारियों को होने वाली समस्याओं से अवगत कराया। कर्मचारी नेताओं का कहना है कि निगम की ट्रांसफर पॉलिसी पूरी तरह से कर्मचारी विरोधी है, आज जब पूरा विश्व करोना जैसी महामारी से जूझ रहा है।
ऐसे समय में सरकार का ध्यान बीमारी की रोकथाम के प्रति ना होकर पूरे प्रदेश में संक्रमण को बढ़ावा देने वाली तबादला नीति की तरफ है । इस समय सरकार को निगम की बेहतरी के लिए कर्मचारियों के तबादले पर ध्यान ना दे कर कर्मचारियों की कमी से जूझ रहे महकमे जिसमें लगभग 75,000 खाली पड़े पदों को भरने की तरफ ध्यान देना चाहिए । जिससे लोगों को बेहतर सुविधाएं प्रदान की जा सके । आज कर्मचारी सुविधाओं के अभाव में लगभग 18 से 19 घंटे निगम में कार्य कर इस विभाग को घाटे से उभार कर लाभ में लाये हैं । विरोध प्रदर्शन के पहले पड़ाव में बिजली कर्मचारी अभी सबडिवीजन स्तर पर शान्तिप्रिय ढंग से प्रदर्शन किया हैं । जिसके बाद प्रत्येक डिवीजन स्तर पर विरोध प्रदर्शन करते हुए कार्यकारी अभियन्ता के माध्यम से 15 सितंबर 2020 को प्रदेश सरकार व मैनेजमेन्ट के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपें जायेंगे । यदि इसके बाद भी कर्मचारियों के भारी विरोध के बावजूद निगम मैनेजमेन्ट ने कोई संज्ञान नही लिया । तो आने वाले समय मे शीर्ष नेतृत्व के अग्रिम आदेशों अनुसार प्रदेश का बिजली बड़े कर्मचारी आंदोलन में भाग लेकर माकूल जवाब देगा । सर्कल फरीदाबाद की 18 सब डिवीजनों में प्रदर्शन की कमान फरीदाबाद सर्कल सचिव सन्तराम लाम्बा की अगुआई में ओल्ड फरीदाबाद से प्रधान लेखराज चौधरी, सचिव जयभगवान, बल्लभगढ़ से कर्मवीर यादव प्रधान, सचिव मदनगोपाल शर्मा, एनआईटी से विनोद शर्मा प्रधान, सचिव बृजपाल तंवर व ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद से सुनील कुमार प्रधान, सचिव वीरसिंह रावत ने संभालते हुए सभी सब डिवीजनों पर जोरदार प्रदर्शन कर नारेबाजी करते हुए गेट मीटिंग में कर्मचारियों को संबोधित किया ।
